Time: Approx: 6:25 p.m.
Saturday, Dec. 24, 2011 (Christmas Eve) approximately 6:25 p.m. Two bright orange/glowing orbs traveling north (appeared to be near Englewood Beach, FL) not too far off shore over the Gulf. They weren't too high but seemed to be moving at same "slow" speed.
They stopped suddenly and just hovered, moved close together then proceeded to move west and disappeared into the cloud cover. Very eerie, never experienced or witnessed anything like this before.

New years eve of this year..me my friend and our 2 kids saw the same exact thing u r describing when we were out in the boat..it was a couple of minutes after midnight.. definitely was not anything normal..soooo crazy..we saw 2 over englewood bridge n 1 over mcds and 2 over in the direction of boca grande all in the matter of 5 mins n they were all gone..disappeared into the clouds as the other one went down a little n then shot up in the air soooo fast n was gone.. glad to hear someone else saw them too
