San Luis Obispo, California Object Hovered Above The Water

Date: 1973 Time: 3:00 a.m.

My first sighting was in 1973, San Luis Obispo, California. I don't remember what time of the year it was. It was 3:00am. I woke up and was staring out my bedroom window, which looked out over the ocean. I saw a bright light off in the distance. I thought it was a star so I started to make a wish, then it quickly shot over to the right but stayed within sight.

Then it shot over to the left about the same distance from the starting point and still within sight. Then it went back to the center (staring point) and straight down but not into the water. It just hovered above the water.

Then it shot back to the starting point, stayed there for a couple of minutes then began to move away from me and poof it was gone. To this day I have never seen anything move that fast or that precise. I was very excited when I awoke in the morning and told my Mother.

She told me it was just my imagination and that I must have been dreaming. Needless to say I was very disappointed by her reaction considering we grew up with ghosts and that was acceptable. (We found out a woman had been murdered in our house and moved shortly afterwards. ) That was in Pomona California between 1969-1971. There's another story.
