Brian, I was at a park in Lincolnshire, IL today at Milwaukee Avenue and RT. 22 and at approximately 2:00 p.m. I saw a large object very high in the sky.
At first I thought it was a kite, but it was too high. It was hovering and at one point my kids and I saw it behave like it was flapping its wings. It then started moving slowly south and eventually picked up speed out of sight. Very odd.
