Time: Approx: 11:45 p.m.
I also saw UFOs last night 8/17/2012 over Bellingham Bay. However I saw two lights traveling north, but they were also traveling upward at an angle that a plane could never achieve.
As they ascended, they then changed direction, now moving south, yet still ascending. The lights slowly faded. This was about 11:45 p.m. No way were these planes.
