This evening October 17, 2012 at 7:50 p.m. Pacific time. In the city of Folsom, Ca. I was walking with my sister in Old Folsom, approaching the new Folsom Bridge.
We looked in the sky and saw what appeared to look like a helicopter searching for someone or preparing to fly closer to the lake. Then we suddenly saw a big green and blue light coming out of aircraft.
Looked like a very large flame torch. Next thing it just vanished.
