I found your web page after Google search for a similar sighting last night.
Our family was in the pool, when my grandson (8) said "Look in the sky, it's Santa!"
Of course, I thought he was just trying to psych us out, but there were, I think 4 orange glowing orbs floating through the sky.
It was 11:55 p.m. so we presumed that someone was doing it for the Santa affect, but we had no idea what they were.
About 5 minutes later, another one appeared. It seemed to be a bit bigger/brighter.
