I just saw the 3 light in Laguna Niguel. I have never seen anything like that in the sky before.
They were glowing orange and they moved down then back up again and then disappeared.

My family and I saw about 5 tonight around 8:30 PM right above the Laguna Niguel regional park on La Paz. They looked like floating paper back with lit candles in them. They floated to the top of the sky and the lights would go out eventually. We saw one falling down though, like it was floating as if it was running out of helium, right above the baseball/soccer field on La Paz
