Date: October 13, 2012
Time: Evening.
Last night in Folsom California I saw outside in the sky, 8 or 9 red lights way up in the sky. They were all positioned in a row and about the same distance as the stars looked, but much bigger and they were in a weird pattern, almost like the letter "C" then positioned as the "X's" are below.
It was unexplainable and they were moving very slow for as far away as they were, but they disappeared and the top 3 rose up and disappeared, then the next 3 and then the rest.
I don't know what they were, but they weren't starts or a plane, or a balloon. It was so strange and my neighbor is the one that showed me, so I am not the only one that saw them.

This evening October 17, 2012 at 7:50pm Pacific time. In the city of Folsom , Ca . I was walking with my sister in Old Folsom, approaching the new Folsom Bridge. We looked in the sky and saw what appeared to look like a helicopter searching for someone or preparing to fly closer to the lake. Then we suddenly saw a big green and blue light coming out of aircraft. Looked like a very large flame torch. Next thing it just vanished.
