Time: Approx: 8:20 p.m.
I wasn't sure who to report this to, so I went on line to see what I could find out. My daughter and her fiancé were sitting out back looking at the sky last night, Sunday, September 9, 2012, about 8:20 p.m.
She stated the object was a ball of fire that looked like it had a tail attached. The first ball was shooting down from the sky and then moved upward in the sky, then disappeared.
Minutes later, another one appeared. Same movement, same appearance. At first, she thought maybe a plane was going to crash, but it did not look like lights from a plane. She also thought maybe it was a shooting star.
But, the object had a tail and as it moved downward, it then went upward and disappeared. There were 12 of the sightings that she had seen. She was going to call 911, but was not sure if that was appropriate.
I told her I would try and find out who to contact, so I am reporting this to you. She lives in Richland, PA. Is there anyway that you can search to see what exactly took place?
