Balls Of Red Light Filmed Over Algonquin Illinois (Pictures)

Time:  8:45 p.m.

September 13, 2014 I saw 2 balls of red lights in Algonquin, Illinois at 8:45 p.m. As well as maybe 2 or 3 other dots of light farther up in the sky behind and above the red orbs that poke closer and farther and disappear.

I have 6 pictures and two videos.

One picture when zoomed in resembles a triangular shape and shows two distinct and separate red lights on two sides of the triangular shaped object.

They looked to be moving slow at first, almost like the lanterns people send into the sky, but one moved quicker and then slowed and then they both descended up and disappeared.

In one video you can see two balls of light with 2 or 3 other star looking lights, but they get closer and farther unlike any star I've see. Two pictures also show tails of lights as if they were moving at an unbelievable rate of speed.

Three Lights In A Triangular Formation Over Algonquin Illinois

Time: Evening.

Three lights in triangle formation. No sound. One went right disappeared, one went left and disappeared.

Last one went straight up and disappeared. Not planes. Wife and I both saw it.

Two Red Lights Separating And Returning To One Another Over Algonquin Illinois

Time: Approx: 10:00 p.m.

Hi, this past weekend on Friday February 18, 2011 my friends and I were hanging out in our cars in the parking lot of the Brunswick Zone xl in Algonquin Illinois. It was around 10:00pm.

We were looking in the sky when all of a sudden we saw two red lights flying across the sky. The two lights were separating and going back together as they went across the sky. They were going very fast too that if we looked away it would be hard to spot it again. We think that those were UFOs.

Round Bright Orange Light Over Algonquin Illinois

Time: Approx: 10:15 p.m.

Hello Brian, I just got the idea to Google “Orange orb in sky Illinois” because on Saturday night, July 17, 2010, somewhere around 10:15 pm in Algonquin, Illinois, I was standing outside to let my dogs out for their nighttime potty break. I always look up at the sky, watching the stars or lightening or whatever the evening brings. This evening I spotted a round orange light traveling west to east go over the sky above me.

It was strange looking, so I waited a couple of seconds until it was over head, looking for flashing lights of a plane or a sound of a plane (even though it didn’t look like one), but there was none. I ran back to the door and yelled for my husband to hurry quickly to join me to see what I was seeing. It was closer and bigger than any satellite dot you’d see travel across the sky. It was strange, no doubt.

My curiosity is what brought me to Google ‘what I could describe’ I saw and that is how I am responding to you. Very interesting! Please let me know if you have gotten any explanations. Thank you!
