Orange Floating Flame In The Sky Seen Between Burnsville And Eagan/Apple Valley Minnesota

Time:  Just after 12:00 a.m.

I saw your post on Vike Factor re: South Minneapolis orange lights in sky.

Last night 9/15/2012 approximately just after 12:00 a.m. I was driving on HWY 35E between city rd 11 (exit 90) and Cedar 77. Between Burnsville and Eagan/Apple Valley Minnesota.

I was driving east on 35E to get off at Cedar exit to go south.

While I was on 35E, I witnessed 1 orange floating flame in the sky. It had no out shape to it, it was only a orange flame floating all alone. I was headed east and it was headed SW to NW along the median between east and west highway 35E.

Today I have tried searching the internet to see what this is? Many try to say Chinese Lanterns, but I have looked at images online and it was not like that. It was a free floating flame orange, floating along.

I was not the only one to witness this also. My son was in a separate vehicle traveling same direction east to Apple Valley and he saw the exact same thing.

Lights Were Pumpkin Orange In Color Seen From Burnsville New Mexico

 

Date:  December 31, 2011

Time:  Approx: 10:00 p.m.

 

I also saw these lights on Christmas Eve. They were in the southeast sky.  There were 3 of them not flying in a pattern.

 

Additional Information:

 

Brian, the lights we saw were in Burnsville, MN. They were in the southeast sky moving north. This took place at around 10:00 p.m. CT. The lights were pumpkin orange in color. We thought they were planes (because we live by the airport), but they were flying too close together and not in a line. 

 

They then disappeared one by one. There were no clouds in the sky, so there was nothing for the lights to hide behind.

Orange Colored Lights Seen Over Burnsville Minnesota

 

Date:  December 17, 2011

Time:  Around 9:30 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.

I actually seen the same thing on Dec 17th, 2011. 

 

I seen two groups of them, about 6 a piece. All the same shape and orange color. Flying north east from southern Burnsville, MN toward northern, east.

 

I thought it might of been helicopters flying toward an army base in Wisconsin, though I didn't seen any white lights.

 

It was around 9:30 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.

3 Orange Lights Seen Over Burnsville Minnesota

 

Date:  December 24, 2011

Time:  9:30 p.m.

 

Saw 3 last night (December 24th) at 9:30 p.m. Had my phone handy, but it was cold so the video is not good, nor is the still photo that I took. The 3 (very distinctly orange) lights were in a straight line and appeared to be very high and moving very fast.

 

 Similar speed as to when the ISS passes overhead. This was in Burnsville, MN.
