Light Circling In The Sky Over Mid Connecticut United States

I live in mid Connecticut and this is the second night in a row now that I have seen a light circling in the sky. It was around 10:00 p.m. and last night and 11:00 p.m. tonight.

I have seen the same thing in FL before with 4 circling lights, but I had assumed they were spotlights from a nearby amusement park.

Another time was in MA, which was very similar to my first sighting. I thought it was kind of odd, but blew it off.

This being my third sighting has spiked my interest. I am very curious as to what it is. It's so eerie! The way the light penetrates the clouds leads me to believe that there is no way it is coming from the ground.

 

It continues to make the same circle. The light is very bright when it hits the cloud, and the beam disappears shining downward. If this light were coming from the ground, I feel like the beam would be constant and stop when it hit the cloud, rather than it disappearing in the downward direction.

 

Hard to explain, but it definitely gets you thinking.

Dozens Of Red Orange Lights Over Mid Michigan

Location of Sighting: Mid Michigan.

Shape of Objects: Round.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: I was driving home last night and while stopped at one intersection I noticed 3 orange/red lights in the sky above some trees. I saw the cross street had a number of cars so I thought that it might be balloons for a party, but when they changed direction and kept a triangular formation, I tried to get my camera phone out to take a picture. My camera didn't want to activate as I got to the next intersection and once the traffic cleared for me to continue and the lights were out of sight, my camera became active.

After a brief stop at home I decided to drive around looking for the lights. I thought it was odd that it seemed like the neighborhood dogs were barking more than normal at that time.

After driving around the local downtown area I was on my way back home when I noticed a 'path' of dozens of the lights floating across the sky. The lights were scattered a distance to the north of a parking lot that I stopped in. The lights all moved the same pace from west to east, all holding their formation with each other. No blinking, oscillating, wandering, etc. It was almost like the lights were like spray paint on a pane of glass, and the sheet of glass was being moved across the backdrop of the night sky.

After watching the lights started to disappear and fade off into the distance I was pulling out of the parking lot and I noticed someone else pull in with the same 'what the heck?' expression that I had, but I wasn't able to get the driver's attention to talk to.

Mid Wilshire District Of Los Angeles, California V Shaped UFO

Shape of objects: V-shaped, like 50's flying wing bomber.
Weather Conditions: Clear.

Description: I looked up at sky and saw v-shape of lights flying across the sky at a slow rate of speed. Object had speed of satellite or jet at cruising speed at 40,000 ft. altitude. Object was 3-4" across if you held fingers that far apart at arms' length. Object was flying from North to South. Only lights could be seen, dim starlight intensity, about a dozen total, six on each wing, and there was one red light on the end of the wing farthest away, and two red lights on the end of the wing closest to me.

The red lights were blinking. The object was nothing that would stand out by any means. You had to be looking in the direction it was located to see it, by chance, as I did while looking up at the sky to star gaze. It looked like a v-shape of starlight going across the sky. I was walking my dog at the time of sighting, there was no one else around. Sighting lasted no more than 5 minutes. It made no noise from the object, although there was airplane noise that I heard as there were at least 5 airplanes in the sky.

TV/Radio: I called KTLA Channel 5 at about 9 p.m. that night and talked to a woman, who was polite and listened to me. I told her I was calling in the hope that others who saw it would call as well. It was not reported in the news that night.
