Red/Orange Colored Lights Spotted In The Sky Over 5 Milford Ohio

Date:  December 23, 2012
Time:  Approx: 9:45 p.m.

Hi Brian, tonight, December 23, 2012 at approximately 9:45 p.m. my wife, myself, my son and his friend just sighted something that sounds like another person's experience last
year.

We live on Mount Zion road and I looked up at the moon, we had just come home from shopping, and I saw at least 5 of these lights slowly moving, red/orange lights moving east to west.

The formation was a triangle shape of 3 objects with another in front and another behind the triangle (total of 5).

Most of them glided for about 5 minutes and faded except one. That one took a perfect 90 degree turn north and seemed to ascend and then fade out.

From the west came another larger light, same color, same direction and did the same thing, it appeared to be almost over us ( hard to tell, I'm guessing they were about 10,000 to 30,000 feet up), and this larger one turned 90 degrees north and appeared also to ascend for a while then faded out.

My wife sits on the front porch a lot and has said she has seen things like this before, but nowhere near the visibility like tonight.

After finally eating dinner I thought I would Google 'Lights over Milford, Ohio'. I was surprised to see how much activity has occurred here, and that's when I ran across your sight.

Feel free to email back anytime. We'll be off for the Holidays for about the next 9 days, so if you want to talk about it, that's perfectly fine. Thanks for your time.

Two Sightings Over Milford Ohio – Copper Colored Object And Bright Green White Flash

Date:  March 21, 2012

Time:  Approx: 9:30 p.m.

Hello, my name is (name removed), I live in Milford Ohio. Last night I witnessed 2 events that I can't explain. I've never seen anything like either event, and think it's a bit odd that in one evening to have two experiences.

At any rate, around 9:30 p.m. I sat out side with my father looking straight up in the sky, I pointed out to my father, a small copper colored light going from north to south.

It appeared to be very high up in the sky.

At first the light was very faint and moving very slowly. About 10 seconds after pointing it out to my father, the thing flared up, got really bright, appeared to have slowed down or stop.

This lasted about 5 seconds or so then, it reduced back to it's original state and continued in the same direction.

Around 1:30 a.m., I returned outside to sky gaze some more. After sitting looking at the stars for a bit, I noticed a bright, greenish white flash in the sky. Just a bright flash that seemed to illuminate the sky briefly, like lightning.

About 3 or 4 seconds after the flash, I heard what sounded like a sonic boom. I was unable to locate where either had come from. Thank you.

Orange Lights Seen Over Milford Ohio

Date:  December 24, 2011

Time:  Approx: 8:45 p.m.

I too saw these lights, at around 8:45 p.m. in Milford, Ohio while driving on Buckwheat Road looking at Christmas lights. I pointed them out to my wife and kids. We observed them moving south/southeast. At first because we were moving I thought they were stationary.

Then we stopped and I noticed that they were in fact moving in unison. I followed them for about 10 minutes before we lost them in the trees and never picked them back up again. Strange.
