Red/Orange Lights Made Strange Maneuvers In The Sky Over Redwood City California

Date:  January 1, 2013
Time:  12:14 a.m.

Hi, my name is (name removed), I am writing to you because I been desperately looking in the web for someone who also witness what my husband and I witnessed today at 12:14 a.m.

We were driving back home from being at a family members house celebrating New Years.

When we were about two minutes away from home, I spotted three red/orange lights in the sky. They were almost the same distant apart from each other. One after another one. As if they were following each other.

My husband totally stopped the car in the middle of the street just to see those objects in the sky.

Then we noticed a fourth light, just the same color and size as the other three. It went fast enough through the sky to catch up to the other 3. Then all of a sudden the first light stopped advancing. It stopped moving and was starting to disappear.

It was disappearing slowly, the lights were going off until completely gone.

Then the second object reached to about the same place in the sky as to the first object that had disappeared, and as well disappeared. Then the third and then the fourth object.

We were so shocked we had never seen anything like this before and it was not an airplane because these were solid lights, lights that were at first apart from each other and then slowly started getting closer.

Its impossible for four planes to fly that close and then disappear. All this happened above the sky of Redwood City, California.

Around 7 Orange/Red Lights In A Cluster Over Redwood City California

Date:  January 7, 2012
Time:  Evening.

In Redwood City, California last night January 7, 2012 while working last night about 7 orange lights clustering together across the sky, some moving at a faster pace.

Where I working I'm nearly staring at the sky all night watching planes fly across the sky as there lights blink on and off, these orange were different.

No blinking, and they were clustered together and as they across the sky they just faded in different directions. Weird!

Fireball With Tail Seen Over Redwood City California

Date:  June 16, 2008
Time:  Approx: 10:00 p.m.

On Monday June 16th my wife and I were in our spa at around 10:00 p.m. in Redwood City, CA. We saw a bright slow moving fireball several times brighter than any plane with a short burning trail.

It was moving south and I lost sight of it as it was soon obscured by my roof. We often see meteors with short string like diameter trails. At times we have been lucky enough to see some that linger an instant longer.

This was not an ordinary meteor. I have watched showers for years, and this certainly seemed like a once in a lifetime sight. I must have watched it for three seconds as it arced 30-40 degrees across the sky.
