Spinning Globe/UFO With Beam Of Sickening Blue Light At Jonesville Virginia

Date:  Spring of 1977
Time:  Around midnight.

Brian, I hope this note finds you doing well and I'm sorry I have put off this email so long, sometimes I'm willing to "chew" on what happened on that particular night in the Spring of 1977, and sometimes I'm unwilling, this morning, I feel inspired to share.

When I first emailed you in September, I had just been through a very interesting Summer in that several things happened that oh so reminded me of a night in 1977 that taught me what fear was.

My father had just sold our small family owned Chevy dealership and purchased a bigger Chevrolet store in a slightly larger market. This southwest Virginia town had at that time, before coal was killed, a good and prosperous future.

A home was purchased and additions and upgrades began on the nearly 100 year old house, meantime, we rented a small house in Jonesville, Virginia, a few miles away.

I, at 20 years old, had planned on getting an apartment near the dealership, but for the first time in my life, I was moving soon to a mansion on the hill.

The heck with the apartment, Pop had moved us "on up" and I wasn't going miss out on driving girlfriends up that driveway (this situation lasted only a few years, however, due to Carters policies killing the auto business, ended up in a subdivision, just like everybody else, good while it lasted, though.)

So, there's the skinny on where I was at that time, in the rented house in Jonesville, Virginia in the standup attic bedroom/party room I took upstairs.

This was one long room with an old rather large window at each end.

One night, about midnight, propped on my elbow reading by a small, dim lamp, the 13" TV playing, I noticed a car rolling off the hill out my back window and one headlight was out, it looked as if an unlikeable neighbors car had gotten loose and was rolling down through the yards.

I was wondering who's house it was going to smash into. I turned off the lamp, put my book on the bedside table, and propped up my pillow to sit up in bed and watch the show of what I was sure going be cops, yelling neighbors and maybe even a bigole fire, well, I was 19.

As soon as I got good and set up, this one headlight instantly made a bee line for my window! It covered 200 yards in one second. I could not move, period. I was gripped with fear, sounds cliché, but gripped I was, I could move my eyes, nothing else.

This "headlight" was now a spinning, smeary/crackly globe about the size of a basketball, with a pencil beam of sickening blue light emanating from one spot. As the globe spun, the beam was passing through my room going up and down searching, I prayed. Paralyzed, I prayed. Every rotation of the ball, brought the blue beam closer to me. It searched the room five times. That's it.

When I awoke around 8:00 a.m., I was so stiff, that I had to think if Id been in a wreck or fight the night before, nope, home all night........oh!

When I remembered, my legs went out from under me. I collapsed and mom found me, asked me what was wrong, i told her as best I could, she began to cry, and to tell me that she had just gotten off the phone with my aunt who had just listened to the same story from her son.

Well, Brian, that's my encounter with the blue beam of light. That particular frequency of blue, I've never seen before, but to this day, a neon sign of near that hue makes me sick.

Lights Spinning Around Meeting In The Middle Over North Philadelphia Pennsylvania

Time:  Approx: 2:00 a.m.

I live in North Philadelphia near Temple University and it was a little after 2:00 a.m. and I was watching of all things Ancient Aliens on my laptop lol!  When out of the corner of my eye I see something moving sporadically in the sky.

So I go over to my bedroom window and I see all of these lights spinning around frantically and then meeting in the middle. Sometimes they would follow each other in a circle or they would all circle around individually and then meet in the middle.

It went on for a good while. I woke my 15 year old daughter up so that she could see it and I would know I wasn’t crazy and she was stunned too.

I look out my window and stare at the clouds a lot and I have never seen anything like this. At first I thought it was a searchlight, but then I realized that no one would be playing with a searchlight like that or have that many lights to play with for that long of a time.

The lights were big enough to be seen by anyone who was up that late like me. This all happened this morning 10/26/14.

Silent Orange Glowing Spinning Object Seen Flying Over Lakeland Florida

Date:  September 29, 2014
Time:  Approx: 10:15 p.m.

Another orange glowing spinning object trailing slowly over Lakeland. Around 10:15 p.m. in the vicinity of south Florida avenue and Ariana.

I also saw the one reported on August 10th, 2014 and over this past spring another friend saw it over I-4.

No sound. It kind of just lingers floating then slowly disappears after staring at it.

Orange Glowing Object Spinning In Circles In The Sky Over Eastern Washington State

Spinning White Object Spotted Over Altadena California (Graphic)

Time:  Approx: 10:30 a.m.

Came across your website and decided to write to you about my sighting on Saturday November 29, 2011 around 10:30 a.m.

I live on Grandeur Ave of Altadena Drive. I was talking to my neighbor in his yard and noticed a white object which I spotted at a relatively low altitude in a northwesterly direction.

We tracked it for about a minute as it drifted slowly west and appeared to be rotating at a slow speed.

My neighbor commented to his dad (who's visiting from France) that it was most likely a weather balloon launched by JPL. It appeared white, but had noticeable protrusion from it’s side which ended in a darker shape.

The object appeared to be spinning which was made noticeable by its irregular shape. The sky was perfectly clear and blue and void of any wind. The object was silent and moved slowly and predictably.

I decided to run into my house to grab the camera and took all but 30 seconds to come out again, but the object had vanished. I scanned the sky without relocating the object again.

It seemed strange that such a slow moving object that was large enough to be spotted would so quickly disappear.

Gold Colored Rectangular Upright Cylindrical Spinning UFO Over Fulton New York

Time: Just after 9:30 p.m.

Shape of Objects: Rectangular upright cylindrical and spinning.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: Just after 9:30pm I was going to pick up my girlfriend from work. I traveled Route 3 Fulton, New York going east to the super Wal-Mart in Grandby, New York. I spotted to the northeast roughly 1000 to 1500 feet in the sky an upright cylindrical spinning object.

The object was very bright with a gold glow. At first I thought it may have been the north star, however the shape and appearance of the object made this unnatural to me.

As I tried to also watch the road and the object at the same time, I drove by a cluster of tall trees and still through the cover saw the light, however as I cleared the trees the object was gone.

Today on 9-12-2011 my girlfriends nephew stopped by and asked if we saw the UFO's ? I said I think I may have seen one. He replied I saw seven that night at once in the town of Volney New York in the north eastern sky.

We were in two different towns when this happened and about the same time, cool hey? I can’t explain this, but an investigation may me worth it. I know what I saw indeed and it wasn't anything I have ever seen before like a plane helicopter etc. Please help, my girlfriends nephew even posted on Facebook on what he saw also.

UFO – Spinning Lights Over Glassport Pennsylvania

Time: Approx: 10:00 p.m.

In Glassport, Maryland Ave. at the top of the hill on 7th St. On October 3rd, Sunday at 10:00 p.m. I noticed from the side of the living room window, where the woods are, flickering lights. I did not pay much attention and thought it was the county airport checking the skies. It was very cloudy, cold and no rain. Around 10:00 pm I thought I would look out to see because the flickering of lights beneath the awning wouldn't stop.

I couldn't believe what I saw. When I looked up, I saw a half circle of rapidly spinning lights coming out of the top of a long horizontal cloud, and at the bottom of the cloud moving were a smaller circle of spinning lights spinning rapidly, horizontally, then the whole thing disappeared.

A few seconds later it would come back, I was mesmerized couldn't think to get a camera. This event lasted one hour off and on, at one point the lights spiraled downward and then solid beams of lights appeared moving in a circle. Everything disappeared after 11:00 pm. Did not see any shape of a craft or metal. I thought it could be supernatural? Very puzzling.

Southwest Of Key West Florida Spinning Object Shoots Off At High Speed

Time: 9:30 p.m.

HBCC UFO Research Note: I telephoned the witness and we had a good chat over the sighting, from what I was told this was certainly a unusual event.

This sighting lasted only a number of seconds but it was fascinating to witness.

I was on a starboard balcony of a cruise ship ( details on request). The ship was heading due west, west by southwest of Key West Fla. The time was approx. 9:30PM EST and the sky was mostly clear, with stars shining brightly. I was looking at the northern stars when I noticed one that appeared somewhat larger than the rest, and with a colour slightly different than the others. My best description of it would be to say it was "creamy" in colour. It also stood out as it appeared to be much closer to the earth than the others. There was some high cloud obscuring portions of the sky but this object appeared to be at a lower altitude than the cloud layer.

Suddenly this object spun in a rapid pinwheel fashion for about 6 revolutions and then shot north-westward and disappeared. With each revolution, the circumference of the pinwheel circles expanded. I am not positive but, upon reflection, the object spun in a clock-wise fashion.

My description of this event does not do justice to the actual sighting. It was quite dramatic and unexplainable. If anyone else has seen anything similar or has an explanation for this phenomenon, I would be very interested in hearing about it. Yours truly.
