Oklahoma City, Oklahoma Huge Silver Saucer

Date: 1968 ? Time: 4:00 p.m.

Location of Sighting: Over Safeway on NW 18th and Classen/Western Number of witnesses: 2 Number of objects: 1 Shape of objects: Saucer with windows/lights rotating.

Full Description of event/sighting: I am not sure of the year or time of day. I know that my dad went into Safeway and me and my brother were in the back seat of his car, when all of a sudden I leaned out one back window and my brother leaned out the other, we looked out South of the Safeway (behind it over 17th and Western) and saw a huge silver saucer with top like a serving dish in a fancy restaurant. It had green and red lights (not sure if they were rotating or not). It was just there!. It had windows also, they were round.

Then dad came out and we went home. Never mentioned it to anyone until around 1978 when my brother and I were at the same party and the subject of UFO's came up and we both said we had seen one years earlier. I can't find anything about it anywhere. I cannot believe that nobody else saw it. Strange thing also is that the first year of the Space Shuttle piggybacking back from its first landing in California, I was at Homeland (the new Safeway) and I looked up and saw the space shuttle in the exact same spot, except further up. Nobody saw It either, until I started telling everyone to look up. I always look up waiting to see that UFO again.
