My boyfriend and I were driving home about 15 minutes ago, saw it fall somewhere over Stone Mountain.
There is supposed to be a meteor shower tonight, but this was just a ball of light, no trail.
Any ideas? The time was approx 8:20 p.m.
Additional Information:
We were driving down 78 in Snellville headed towards Stone mountain and the light seemed to fall right over the Stone Mountain area. It was a large ball of light, a little larger than an airplane light, and it just dropped right down, no angle and no tail like the rest of the shooting stars, also it was a lot brighter than the streaks wee seen.
