Bright Red Star Seen Low To The Horizon Over Mcallen Texas (Red Star – Sirius)

Date:  December 30, 2012
Time:  Between 6:45 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.

My son and I just saw a very strange stationary bright red light that even though was stationary, we could see it moving.

We thought it might be a plane, but then we saw a plane fly by so we knew it wasn't a plane.

After a few minutes, the light began to fade until it completely faded.

If you have seen anything like this in the same area please be kind enough to contact Brian Vike at: with the details of your sighting. All personal information is kept confidential.

Also, please feel free to send in your sightings that have happened years ago. So many of these older sightings are nothing short of amazing.
