Orange/Red Lights Spotted In The Sky Over Bonita California

My husband and I seen this light in the night sky in Bonita last night. This happened on 8-12-2014 between 8:30 p.m. -8:45 p.m.

Red Orange Object Seen Over Bonita Springs Florida

Time:  Approx: 8:45 p.m.

 

I live in a community on Imperial Ave in Bonita Springs. I witnessed a reddish orange orb in the eastern direction. I saw this 2 nights ago February 13th approximately 8:45 pm. I was on my lanai having a cigarette and I looked up to the sky and saw the different color at first.

 

I thought it was a star, as it was to far up to be a plane or helicopter. I watched it for 10 minutes hovering moving slightly up and down as well as north to south.

 

I thought I was going insane (or I really wanted to see something unexplainable as I never have, and I said to myself that day as I looked up to the sky 2 hours previous why don't you ever appear so I can see you) when I stopped and remembered saying this earlier in the evening my whole body was covered in goose bumps.

 

I still didn't believe my eyes, so I yelled to my partner and I asked him, tell me am I really seeing what I think I'm seeing? I just pointed and said what do you see, and he said the same thing that I was witnessing. We went back into the house, 25-30 minutes later I returned outside and it was gone, didn't move just gone.

 

I apologize if I ran on this email, but honestly I'm still in shock and more so now that the two of us weren't the only witnesses, but we didn't witness it in January!

Red Orange Light Seen Over Bonita Springs Florida

Time:  Approx: 9:00 p.m.

 

On Saturday the 21st of January at about 9:00 p.m. my neighbor came to my door all excited about a bright light that she was seeing in the northeastern sky. She was quite excited as I had called her and her husband out to see the recent rocket that was launched from Cape Canaveral.

I have a 15X70 pair of binoculars that I use for celestial observation so I was able to get a good look at the object. At first I thought that I was looking at a flare that someone had shot up, but the size appeared to be too large.

The color was also reddish orange as described in the sighting of January 5. The object that I saw appeared to be very slowly descending. My position at the time of the sighting was close to the intersection of 41 and Wiggins Pass rd.

The direction to the object was such that it would have been toward the Dog Track at the intersection of Old 41 and Bonita Beach Rd.

    

At one point the light went out and as I continued to look at the point where it had become extinguished I could see what appeared to be a dark object that may have been a parachute.

The only question in this narrative is the time of the occurrence. I am not sure and I would have to check with my neighbor.

Red Orange Light Flying Over Bonita Springs Florida

 

Date:  January 5, 2012

Time:  8:30 p.m. - 8:50 p.m.

 

Location of Sighting: Near Hope Lutheran Church on Old 41 Road.

Number of witnesses: 5

Number of Objects: 5

Shape of Objects: Spherical.

 

Full Description of Event/Sighting: We saw a reddish orange light that seemed to glide up and down going from west to east (toward Miami ). At 1st I thought it was a plane on fire. Then 2 others close to each other flew over.

 

Then we saw 2 others a little distance apart. It made no sound that we could here. We were all stunned having never seen anything like this before. We watched them head east until they disappeared. Some flew extremely high and the last 2 were very low.

 

It has been on my mind all night. I cannot find an explanation for this.

Bright Red Ball Of Light With Fire Underneath Over Bonita Springs Florida (Chinese Lantern)

Shape of Objects: Bright red ball with fire underneath, moving to the gulf slow, but direct.

 

Full Description of Event/Sighting: The object made a slight sound and I looked up over my head and saw the bright red ball with fire under it.

 

I watched it move towards the gulf. I called the police, not any other reports. This was very strange it was not a weather balloon.

Orange Colored Lights Over Bonita Shores In Collier County Florida

Date: December 24, 2010
Time: Approx: 8:00 p.m.

I was out for a walk around 8:00pm last night December 24th and saw orange colored lights (seemed like yellow with a red glow) in the sky. It was a clear night with a star filled backdrop. It looked like only one source of the lights which came into the area quickly and floated and drifted about then accelerated across the sky and then seemed to hover for a minute or two in the same spot then was out of sight.

We are in Bonita Shores in Collier County Florida. There was no noise we could hear and could not tell the distance but they seemed the size of a fist and looked like they could have been a mile or two in the sky. Very unusual and it was my first sighting of this type of object.
