Object Changing Colors And Seen Over Columbus Ohio

Time:  12:30 a.m.

 

Hi, perhaps I am a bit crazy, but that would mean my husband is too. We live in Columbus Ohio and were simply looking out the window and saw what at first seemed to be a star, perhaps the north star.

 

Then I realized it was the south sky and there were no other visible stars. Upon watching more closely, we saw a continuous color pattern to it as if it were circulating, red, green, gold and white.

 

It did not move from it's spot for about 10 minutes, we looked away for a few minutes, and looked back and it was gone.

 

Sadly, there was no point in taking a picture, our camera wouldn't show much and we have no telescope.

All I know for sure is it was not a plane of any kind nor a star. Has anyone else reported this description in my area? If not, here's one! Baffled.

Flickering Object Changing Colors Over Adelanto California

Shape of Objects: Round from the brightness of the lights.

 

Full Description of Event/Sighting: Looked like a star, but was very bright and flickering red and blue or green slow moving west. It could have been a LEO I guess. I watched for over 30 minutes.

Blinking Light Changing Color South Eastern Oneida County Northern Wisconsin

Time: 12:45 a.m.

There is something in the sky as I am writing this. I am in far south eastern Oneida county in northern Wisconsin, the object is a blinking light seeming to change colors, it is fairly low in the sky in a west, southwest direction from me. It is staying in the same place, but if I look at it long enough it appears to dart around a small area then stay still again. This could be merely an optical illusion from staring at it in the dark though I suppose.

Orange Lights Changing Location Over Rincon New Mexico

Time: 9:15 until 9:50 p.m.

I seen from Rincon, New Mexico facing southeast. First seen at 9:19pm I watched until 9:50pm. January 13, 2011. Lights fading in and out in a pulsing manner. One, then two, then three, then it would change location. Going higher or lower.

Apple Valley, California UFO Keeps Changing Shapes

Time: 2:50 p.m.

Location of Sighting: Over Apple Valley moving south over Hesparia mountains.
Number of witnesses: 3
Number of objects: 1
Shape of objects: It would change shapes mostly. No it would change.

Full Description of event/sighting: It was so cool. I went to meet my son at his bus stop and over the valley in the east direction we saw what we thought were birds, but it would change color from white to silver to invisible. And then we thought balloons. We just kept looking into the sky, in a amazement. We thought balloons, but again balloons did not float and change shape in a unison pattern. We saw shapes like a army tank, a fish, a scorpion, an oval. All three dimensional. My son said that the kids on the bus were debating what it was. We watched it for about 20 minutes. I keep telling him we should drive in the car and try to follow it, but we just kept watching it, hoping it would get closer so we could see what it was. I finally talked him in to getting the video camera. We began to walk home, going south. Then it just seemed to take off going south over the mountains. We watched it all the way home, which was less than a block and by the time we were home we could not even see it in the sky any more. I was wondering if any one else saw something like this as well. I looked on the local news but found nothing.

Mission Viejo, California Two Objects Changing Color

Weather Conditions: Clear.

Description: Two objects moving strangely across the southern sky, changing colors and brightness. Both objects moved extremely fast within close distance to each other and in circular motions. Sometimes staying motionless. I have 15 minutes of video.

I have 15 minutes of video. Some very clear and some not so clear but you can see alot of action and 2 objects interacting with each other. They change color and make some interesting sharp turns in a very small amount of space. Problem is that I do not know how to download the video from the Hi8 I took the footage with.

Bountiful Utah Colored Objects Changing Shape

Shape of objects: Various shapes.

Full Description of event/sighting: I am writing this report out of curiosity to see if anyone else in the area has seen these lights that we have seen on a regular basis for years. I would very much like to know what they are. We are located about 20 miles south of Hill Field Air force base in Utah, but I have never seen nor heard of anything like what we see on almost any given night.

In an hours time from about 9:15 pm to 10:00 pm or so seems to be the period of greatest activity and we regularly spot anywhere from 2-10 of these flying shapes - no two seem to be identical. They move at a pretty good speed, cross the horizon in 10 seconds or so with no noise association nor any other visible colored lights such as what the FAA would require.

The lights are a pale bluish/green in color and are very faint almost translucent looking and are clustered together and change shapes. When you look at them through field glasses you can see distinct individual lights that make up the outline of the cluster sometimes they appear to be arrayed in a boomerang shaped, other times a more triangular shape and other times more of an elongated cluster, the number of individual lights various from as little as 6 or so to up wards of 80 or more depending on the shape of the cluster. The height of the flying lights is about cloud height or maybe just a little higher as the occasional cloud is our only reference point we can compare to. Sometimes as you are watching one of these objects in the sky the lights begin to move around and change shapes- I have no idea what we are seeing but we see them every time we go out at night looking for them- We have observed as many as 3 of these in our field of vision at the same time and 2 of them seemed to be zig zagging back and forth as though they were messing around. If anybody could shed some light on these unusual night lights we'd love to hear what you have to say.
