Round Glowing Bright Yellow/Orange Fire In The Sky Over Twinsburg Ohio

Date:  November 7, 2012
Time:  9:30 p.m.

Number of witnesses: 2
Number of Objects: 1
Shape of Objects: Round.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: I could not believe what I was seeing. It was a round bright yellow/orange glow and underneath it was fire just like a hot air balloon. But it appeared to be only about 4 or 5 foot in diameter and I saw no basket under the flame.

Just a round glow ball with fire underneath. My vision was very clear and I know what I saw.

It was only about 200 yards from me. I was sitting in my upstairs room in front of the window when this orange glow appeared. At first I thought it was a shadow of a light in my window. I stood up and got close to the window and couldn't believe my eyes. I yelled to my 20 year old son to come see.

I thought it was going to catch our large front tree on fire or hit the house, it was that close.

By the time my son came upstairs it had slowly drifted over the house so we ran into the back room to see it and it had drifted higher and farther away so all that you could see was a glowing yellow/orange ball flickering away between trees. It got tinier and tinier as it went farther away.

Glowing Orange Object Seen Over Twinsburg Ohio

Date:  October 2010
Time:  Evening.

My neighbors saw the same orange glowing UFO (same as the 71 year old and his grandson saw back in October 2010 over Solon) in the skies above our Twinsburg, Ohio community.

We live a mile away from Solon, Ohio.  His wife was able to get some shots with their camera. She doesn't know what to do with the pictures so I thought I would do some research for her.

Let me know if you want to see them.

Orange Flaming UFO Makes A Turn Over Twinsburg Ohio

Date: August or early September 2010
Time: Evening.

The descriptions of UFOs on your site sound exactly like what my son (14) and I (56) saw one evening recently (not sure if it was late August or early September).

Anyway, we were in Twinsburg, Ohio, when we saw what appeared to be an orange flaming mass drifting slowly in a southeasterly direction, toward us. It maintained that direction for approximately a minute, growing in size. The object was so startling, I pulled to the side of the road and lowered my convertible top to get a better view.

It was difficult to judge size, speed and altitude. Relatively, at its largest, it looked slightly smaller than a full moon typically appears in the sky. If it was very close, then it might have been only a few feet in diameter, at an altitude of perhaps a hundred feet, and traveling at only a few miles per hour. If, however, it were at a very high altitude, then it was massive - twenty times the size of conventional aircraft - and traveling at hundreds of miles per hour. There was no sound, nor evidence of smoke from the "flames." The flames did not appear to be the result of thrust of any sort. There was no marking, structure, or otherwise discernible feature.

After a minute or so, it took a broad turn to the southwest, and continued into the distance, diminishing in size and brightness until it was no longer visible. This took another minute or two. The fact that it did not appear to approach the horizon as it grew more distant suggests to me that it was gaining altitude.

Let me know if you have any other reports in this time-frame, near this location.
