I saw this exact same UFO in 1996 in Jackson Georgia, it was a very secluded area in the woods.

It is extremely fast and capable of making fast curve motions.

It is oval (bullet) shaped and it was about the size of a car.

It passed by our car going in the opposite direction, and flew past the top of our car. I was about 14 with my mom driving.

Bright Blue Oval Light Seen Falling From The Sky Over The State Of Massachusetts

Time:  12:15 a.m.

Attention: Brian Vike. I saw a post about the bright light. I am up in Massachusetts. I saw the same exact thing last night, at 12:15 am.

I was up late watching TV (as usual) and a very bright blue light caught my eye falling from the sky.

Very bright! It was an orb, more oval, blue ball, like the size of a volleyball. No trail, no noise. Whatever it was fell slow, as slow as a snowflake would fall.

My first reaction was "what the hell was that", and I immediately got up to look out the window, but didn't see anything.

My first thought was perhaps there was a meteor shower or something. Or maybe our neighbors were lighting off fireworks and the hot after effects is what I saw falling.

They weren't and this was clearly bright blue.

Lasted for 3 seconds (the time I saw it, it was perhaps longer, considering the view I had was out my window)

I searched the internet and the only thing I've found that describes this is "ball lightning", but there wasn't lighting in our area. There was a major cold front moving through, which could explain it.

It was really weird to see, had to look it up, so glad to know other people have seen this same thing. If it was ball lightning it is supposed to be very rare to see.

Blue/Yellow Oval Shaped Glowing Object With Short Tail Falling From The Sky Over Northern Virginia

Time:  Around 2:35 p.m. – 2 ;45 p.m.

Hello, We saw a strange object in the sky over Northern Virginia today at around 2:35-2:45 p.m. It looked like a white/bluish oval glowing shape falling from the sky, too slow to be a meteor or comet, and to big and bright to be any plane or aircraft.

A small glowing tail, but not smoke. As it got lower it got brighter, and then it seemed to stop falling, and just float, before it started to move away from us, to the west.

It got smaller and the glow got weaker as it faded away. We were able to see to other planes in the same area, as the sky was very blue and clear today, with no clouds. We are 100% sure that it was not a meteor or a plane.

12 Oval Shaped Lights In The Sky Over Franklin Wisconsin

Hi my name is (name removed). Tonight on Hwy 36 in Franklin I seen in formation about nine to 12 oval shaped lights moving in the sky. No sound and it seemed to have rippled transparently just before fading away.

Glowing Green Oval Shaped UFO Seen In The Sky Over Carmi Illinois

Full Description of Event/Sighting: I was I think 14 or 15 and since I didn't have my license, I always had my mom take me and my aunt who is 5 months older than me cruising the streets.

I looked out the passenger window to the northeastern sky and saw a green glowing oval shaped thing float across the sky and disappear behind the city buildings.

I screamed at the moment, I saw it before my mother and aunt to and they both said "OMG", what was that?

I said I think it was a UFO. I kind of forgot about it over the years, but I've been more interested in this kind of stuff lately and I'm trying to find anyone who had the same experience.

Bright Orange Oval Shaped Object Seen In The Sky Over Philadelphia Pennsylvania (Chinese Lantern)

Time:  Approx: 9:00 p.m.

I saw a bright orange oval shaped thing smoothly travel across the sky, above the tree line, near by where I live. I was driving myself home around 9:00 p.m. last night, July 28, 2012. I was alone.

The orange thing smoothly moved from east to west, then it changed direction and actually came towards me, then just stopped and hovered above. This is in the Philadelphia, PA, suburbs, and there were no other cars around.

So I stopped my car, shut off the radio and AC fan so I could hear if it made a noise, like a remote controlled thing. I say thing, because it did not look like a plane or helicopter, just a smooth, slightly flickering from within, bright orange oval.

I rolled down the window and discovered there was no noise. I told my husband, and we retraced my drive the next night. We saw nothing like it. Then my son and his girlfriend came over for a visit.

I told them of the orange thing. They laughed and said it was probably one of those floating paper sky lanterns. I looked it up on the internet, and I believe this is what I saw. Same color, size, shape, flickering because of the candle inside.

The flame makes heat, which makes it rise, the breeze moves it smoothly across the sky. If there is a current, the thing can change direction.

Orange Oval Shaped Light/Fireball Seen Over Playa Del Rey California

Dear Brian, I live in Playa del Rey and after seeing what I saw tonight, I found your website and wanted to email you my sighting.

I have never been one to believe in UFOs, however while sitting on my couch tonight I saw something out my window that was extremely out of place/caught my attention. 

It was almost the exact situation you listed at the same exact time tonight as last night (24 hours later).

- 9:10 pm 7/25/2012
- solid "fireball" (orange oval light)
- traveling west to east
- very low altitude
- no noise at all (I am close to LAX and can always hear every plane)
- no blinking/navigation lights
- randomly disappeared

Just wanted to email you this information since it is so incredibly similar to your experience last night. Again I have never seen or believed in anything like this ever, but tonight my mind has been changed. 

After living by the airport my entire life, and sitting on the same couch in Playa del Rey now for over 2 1/2 years, nothing has ever caught my eye or compared to what I saw tonight.

Bright Glowing Orange Oval Shaped Flame Over Geneva On The Lake In Ohio

I just saw one last night in Geneva on the Lake in Ohio. Everyone is telling me yeah right, but I know what I saw.

 

It was oval, bright glowing orange, and looked like a flame was on the bottom. It made no sound, was low flying, and went straight, did an odd curve and vanished behind trees. I am baffled.

Bright Blue White Oval Shaped UFO Seen 100 Feet Over Fir Trees In Clatskanie Columbia County Oregon

Full Description of Event/Sighting: I was out side in front of my shop trying to find a wood pecker that is making a mess. As I was looking up at the eaves, I saw it moving very slowly.

 

It was a very bright bluish white oval and a square on the back or the trailing edge. As it moved over the neighbors house it suddenly shot across the sky very, very fast and then came to a stop instantly and stayed there for about 1 minute.

 

It hen flew straight up until it disappeared. It was about 75 to 100 feet above the fir trees in front of our house which are about 150 feet tall.

Red Oval Shaped UFO Makes Unusual Maneuvers Over Chase City Virginia

About 7:30 pm, my boyfriend and I were observing the Moon and we saw a large oval red shape orb object that I thought must be Mars, that was just above the foothills and very far away from the Moon which was over top of my Residence in Chase City, Va.

 

We watched it and it began to descend towards the foothills, then it slowly went back up and hovered. It would dim out and then radiate back in as red and slowly pulsate, and then again descend and go down past the foothills only to arise again higher and continue to pulsate slow. 

 

It would go back down and then come up and hover for about twenty moments and suddenly it completely disappeared. This was no air craft nor helicopter and remained red and it was amazing!

Neon Green Oval Ball With White On The Edges Seen Over Glendale Arizona

I just saw a neon green oval ball of light fly across the sky tonight at approximately 11:00 p.m. It was neon green in the middle with white edges.

 

No tail. Just an oval ball of light. I have seen UFO's, but nothing like this one and it was very large and fast.

I live at 16th Street and Rose Lane (between Glendale Blvd and Bethany Home) it was travelling West/Southwest.

Oval Shaped UFO With Bright Pink Ring And Neon Blue Center Over With Orange California

Time:  12:51 a.m.

 

I was asked to message you by an anonymous source. At 12:51 midnight, January 31, 2012 I caught the sight of a UFO in the night sky. It was oval shaped. It had a bright pink ring with a neon blue center.

 

It shot down over the city of Orange, California and then it stopped in mid air, not a movement for about 10 seconds and then it took off again and suddenly disappearing.

 

I got to tell you that I have never seen anything like this. I'd never thought I'd experience a sighting. I thought that I would only just hear or read about them. I decided to go online to see if anybody else noticed.

 

I even blogged about it on Facebook.

 

Hopefully someone saw what I saw. Interesting thing is, I felt like I was being watched before I saw it. I felt like I had to look behind me and there it was high in the night sky. Let me know if you know anything too. Thank you.

Light Pink/Rose Colored Oval Shaped UFOs Seen From McHenry County Illinois

 

Date:  August 8, 1988

Time:  Approx: 9:40 p.m.

 

On Sunday, August 8, 1988 at approximately 9:40 p.m. I was sitting outside near the north side of our house having a cigarette. I was facing toward the east at the time and happened to look toward the northeast for some reason.

 

I saw five objects coming from the north and heading toward the highway about four blocks to the north of us. The objects were heading toward the south at a high rate of speed and were flying in a V formation.

 

They came across the highway and headed toward the creek that flows nearby. From my position, they were about a half mile to the east and appeared to be about a thousand feet or so up in the air.

 

The objects were oval in shape and a light pink/rose color. They seemed to look almost transparent. They made no noise that I could hear. They flew over the creek and the nearby woods and continued south.

 

I watched them until they disappeared from sight.

Oval Shaped Object Seen From New Jersey

 

Date: August 3, 2008
Time: Approx: 10:00 p.m.

I am from New Jersey and I saw this object too. When I saw it my family and I were swimming in our pool, and we then saw the same object described, and we thought it was a firework, but when we thought about it more the less it seemed it was a firework.

 

For one thing, in was going downwards at an angle. Two, it didn't make a whistle like most fireworks do. Three, there was no "pop" at the end. We heard no impact, but we decided to look for it. We went a couple miles out from where it came from and we didn't find anything.

 

It was so big we thought it was near us, but it wasn't. It was shaped like an oval and had 2 tips from back to forward. I guess you could say it was a saucer shaped object. What struck us most was the red to green fire.

Bright Green Oval Shaped Object With Red Tail Seen Over Phoenix Arizona

My wife and I were driving home from a restaurant in Mesa when I saw a bright green oval-shaped object with a red tail shooting through the sky. It was flying straight and appeared to be moving fast. 

 

I watched it for only a few seconds before it faded away. 

 

I was convinced that it was definitely not any type of fireworks because it was too high and seemed to be flying at the same altitude rather than up and or down. Please let me know if anyone else saw this or has pictures or video. Thanks!

Full Description of Event/Sighting: My kids were outside playing and saw a huge orange candle like ovalish something in the sky yesterday. The 4 kids aged between 10 and 13 were out and saw this thing fall out of the sky, but slowly.

 

They said it was like nothing they had ever seen, definitely not an airplane or helicopter. They were going to go investigate and watched it while walking, they talked for a second and when they looked back up for it, it was completely gone.

 

No streaks in the sky, no smoke just gone. I have been looking on the web to see if anyone else saw it and I can’t seem to find anyone who saw anything. My kids are super interested in knowing what it was they saw, so if you know of anything please let me know, since I too am interested. Thanks

Yellow Orange Oval Object Over City Compton California

July 2, 2011 at 9:06p.m. City Compton,C.A. Hi there, I had sent once before a report on what I observed. Tonight as my son and I came back from our bike ride, I noticed the same oval yellow/orange object to the southeast from where I live. It was hovering extremely slow.

 

As I was telling my son that is what I viewed a few months back and if it disappears, it has to be the same UFO. Sure enough few seconds later it got smaller and disappeared instantly. My son was amazed. Good thing I have a witness this time. Have a good night.

Oval Orange/Yellow Object Over Compton California

Date: January 23, 2011

Time: Approx: 7:00 – 7:30 p.m.

Hello my name is (name removed) I live in Compton, CA and around 7:00-7:30pm I went outside to my backyard to make sure my pets have enough water.

Every night I do this and also sit and watch the stars for a couple of minutes. As I opened my door, I notice a bright object hovering. Never seen anything else like this oval orange yellowish object. It seem to move slowly, then as if it was doing a U-turn.

It then started in a straight path into the sky and vanished which left me wondering, what I seen was not near a helicopter. I hope someone else saw it. I will ask around and hope someone else n the neighborhood got to view the odd object also.

I see airplanes jets helicopters I live blocks away from Compton's airport. I been living in this city for twenty two years.

One more thing, I also live near the Crystal Park Casino and I know for a fact that it was not there lights or anything else to do with the casino. I hope this message helps in anyway. If I’m not mistaking with what I observed. Good night =... January 23, 2011.

Semi-Transparent Flesh Colored Oval UFO Over Taylor Wayne County Michigan

Full Description of Event/Sighting: Both of us were standing on the side of our property looking towards the north when out of the south side of our view, a semi-transparent, flesh colored oval shaped UFO approximately 20 feet off the ground and about 2 feet long traveling about 20 mph.

We both have gone over this sighting many times since, trying to put together every detail and we both agree on exactly what we witnessed that evening.
