Orange/Red Sphere In The Sky Over Hamilton Ohio

Date:  December 21, 2012
Time:  Evening.

My girlfriend and I were headed west on 129 toward Hamilton the night of the 21st and saw an orange/red sphere roughly 3000 feet up moving in a straight and deliberate path, making no noise and only moving maybe 100 knots, about the speed of a small plane.

It was the strangest thing either of us have ever seen. It looked as though there was fire, but as you would see it if you were looking through a perfectly round hole and looked identical from both angles.

Numerous Orange Lights In The Sky Over Hamilton Ohio

I live on Central Ave in Hamilton. I saw this exact same thing from my front door. I was not able to catch it on camera, but it was unsettling.

I thought they were Chinese lanterns as well, but as they started disappearing, 3 of them formed a triangle shape and moved together for about 20 seconds then disappeared themselves.

Lights In The Sky Over Hamilton Ohio (Chinese/Wish Lanterns)

I saw the same lights. They appeared to be floating lanterns, but they started grouping together then they floated up out of sight.

I was traveling in the Hamilton connector at CinDay exit.

8 To 10 Orange Colored Lights Flying Over Hamilton Ohio

Time:  Approx: 7:30 p.m.

I was driving west on Princeton Road tonight, election night, transporting my daughter and her friends this evening near 7:30 p.m. My eyes were caught by about 8 to 10 bright orange lights that were in the sky.

I've never seen anything like this. Now was there some kind of large balloons or Chinese lanterns in the sky, I don't know. Honestly, I have never given much thought to UFO's, but tonight is different. 

We got out of the car and I could not get my Blackberry cell phone to zoom in via the camera. 

My daughter said the very bright lights looked like the lights shown in the animation film of Tangles, where some types of burning lanterns float into the sky. I don't know what we saw.

Much bigger lights compared to seeing a plane in the sky at dusk and then the they just went out one-by-one. 

I want to know if other people in Hamilton, Ohio saw what we saw tonight?

Comet Like Object Split Into Four Lights And Seen In The Sky North Of Hamilton Ohio

Time:  Around 9:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.

 

We were just slightly north of Hamilton, Ohio this weekend (July 14th, 2012) and just saw the very same thing.

 

I was online seeing if anyone else posted anything and saw this. Funny because I noticed it and called my husband over to see it as well, and the one "comet-like" light split into four and then made various shapes and then went away and came back one by one until they just disappeared.

 

This is nearly 2 years after your sighting, but in the same location and the same type of lights. Did you ever get a response as to what this might have been? It was late in the evening, probably 9-9:30 p.m. when it happened and no air shows in town that I know of.

 

Several other folks were there with us as well and watched the skies until the lights went away.

Green Object With Flames Coming From It Seen Over Hamilton Alabama

Time:  5:30 a.m.

 

I was driving to work this morning at 5:30 a.m. CST and a green object with flames flew out in front of me.

 

I was so freaked out, I told a cop in town and he said he saw one too. 

 

I thought it was a firework, but it wasn't because this was bigger. This happened in Hamilton on Highway 19. What is it.

Bright UFO Breaks Into 4 Lights Over Hamilton Ohio

Time: Approx: 9:30 p.m.

Date July 17th approx: 9:30 pm

I was at the Holiday Drive Inn in Hamilton Ohio and I noticed what looked like a very large falling star on the western horizon. I pointed it out to my husband and it appeared to get brighter. It wasn't falling very quickly like a falling star should. After 10-20 seconds it looked like it was getting closer, but then it began to split into 4 lights. The lights kept arranging in various patterns - triangles, vertical lines, horizontal lines. They moved close together again and then they slowly went out one at a time.

I did see two aircraft in the area, but they were much smaller in comparison to the lights. My husband and father-in-law thought they might have been from the Dayton Air Show.

Hamilton County, Chattanooga, Tennessee A Large Circular UFO

Date: September 20th 2008
Time: 6:30 p.m.

Number of witnesses: 2
Number of objects: 5-6
Shape of objects: Circular.
Weather Conditions: Partly cloudy, sun was setting.

Description: I and a friend noticed a large circular object passing from north to south in front of the sun. This object was extremely high in the sky. As we watched this happening, it suddenly stopped. It stayed in this exact location for about 20 minutes. There were several smaller circular objects passing by the larger. They would move from north to south as well and seemed to be in formation. What shocked me was when I actually saw one of these smaller objects drop out of the larger at a high rate of speed and curve downward out of sight. Soon after the large object moved back in the direction from which it came, stopping and slowly fading out of sight beneath the clouds. We live near the Chattanooga Lovell field airport, but this was no plane, helicopter or weather balloon. I'm not sure if I would ever like to see what I saw that day again but I will now keep my eyes to the sky.

TV/Radio: No reports that I know of.
