Fireball Seen Flying Over Brooklyn New York

Date:  January 5, 2013
Time:  Approx: 6:40 p.m.

Dear Brian, my boyfriend and I saw a fireball, when we were walking down Lorimer street (crossing Devoe St), Brooklyn, New York.

Looking south it appeared to have a direction from east to west.

We don't know the exact time, but we think that it was around 6:40 p.m. We were aware of the time as we were having people over for dinner at 7 and had to buy the last things for this.

9 Red Lights In A V Formation Over Brooklyn New York

I saw it last night Brooklyn, New York me and a woman and her child there was 9 red ones they formed a V formation before breaking into three.
Some of them turned white and lingered for awhile. 1/1/2013.

4 Orange Lights Spotted In The Sky Over Williamsburgh Brooklyn New York

We saw these orange lights over Williamsburgh Brooklyn tonight around 9:00 p.m.  There were about 4 and they did the exact same thing. 

About 20 people total saw them at the place we were at.

Massive Red Crescent Moon Shaped Object Seen Over Brooklyn And Manhattan New York

Time:  Evening.

Last night I saw one, red, crescent moon shaped object slowly descend below the horizon. I was standing at the address below and was looking over Brooklyn and Manhattan into New Jersey. 

The object was bright enough to be seen through heavy rain and cloud cover. Over the five minutes I watched it descended from about 25 degrees to the horizon and then disappeared behind the buildings.

It appeared to be massive, larger than a full moon.

3 Large Orange Balls Of Light Over Bedford Stuyvesant Brooklyn New York City

Hello Brian, this is (name removed) on 7-21-12 we saw with our own eyes 3 big orange balls of light come straight out the clouds from my window closed up.

It was me and my husband and my little son, we all experience a sighting like no other. It was 3 big orange balls of lights in the sky around 10:05 p.m. and they were not far apart.

They were all the same color an shape. An we live in Bedstuy Brooklyn and we never seen nothing so weird and strange before.

They floated going toward the Williamsburg bridge and we tired to video record it, but by the time I went to get my phone, they were to far down to catch it on my pone, but you can here our voice in frantic of believe of what we just saw.

2 Bright Fireball Colored Lights Seen Over Brooklyn New York

Time:  Evening.

 

Hi, I live in Brooklyn and tonight I saw 2 bright lights that looked like fireballs. One seemed to almost go out after I watched it for a minute, while the other stayed bright as long as I saw it.

 

It felt like they were floating. No real direction, no tail. Almost like a hot air balloon of some sort, but I don't think it was. Just a bright light.

 

I tried to take a video of it, but my phone didn't record it well.

I Googled it to see if anyone else saw it or if a news station had picked up the story. And that's when I found you.

I half wonder if it's an elaborate April fools prank or a very clever marketing stunt for the TV show game of Thrones.

What ever it was, it was wired and a hand full of others saw it too. I thought I would tell you about it.

Two Bright Objects Over Brooklyn New York (Venus And Jupiter)

Hi, I’m (name removed) from Brooklyn, New York and for the past few days when I go to my window, I see this two stars. At first I thought it was airplanes since the J.F.K Airport is near by, but next day 9:00 p.m.

 

I went walking to the park and seen them again.

One of them seems longer, like looking at space station. The other one is just bright, but they are very bright. I'm looking at them right now from my window.

 

I get a great sight at midnight, but I swear I been living here for 5 years and I never seen them. I searched the internet since 12 of March 2012 and just today (March 19, 2012) I found others that seen them.

 

Does any one knows what are they? Please get back at me.

Bright Pulsating Orange Light Over Old Brooklyn Cleveland Ohio

Full Description of Event/Sighting: I was looking at the fireworks all around the city from my bedroom window when this very bright and pulsating orange orb came nearly directly over my house heading north toward Lake Erie. I live in old Brooklyn near the zoo on the Westside of Cleveland. It took about a minute for it to fly out of sight.

It looked about at most around 2 feet or so in diameter, it was small, but bright. It made no noise, but was certainly not an aircraft of any type that I know of.

Brooklyn, New York Bright Yellow Orange Colored Lights

Description: Two groups of junior high school and high-school age students in the Borough Park section of Brooklyn observed bright whirling yellow-orange lights over the locale for more than 30 minutes. Some said that there were four lights which seemed to be independent of one another, as if from separate craft.

Borough Park Section Of Brooklyn, New York UFOs Moving In Various Formation

Brian, I just read the report of a sighting on the L.I.E. on Feb. 9th. I have two teenaged grandchildren who independently witnessed something unusual in the sky above the Borough Park section of Brooklyn a couple of nights later. On Thursday Feb. 12th at approx. 8:00 pm, my thirteen year old grand-daughter and a group of her friends observed three or four enormous orange lights in the sky moving in various formations, sometimes in unison, sometimes seemingly separately, and their source apparently changed altitude at various points, as well. This lasted for over an hour. At around 9:00 pm, her sixteen year old brother and his friends observed the same phenomena five or six blocks away. They were astounded by what they saw, and said that it was unlike any other such lights they had ever encountered. There was absolutely no sound. When I suggested that it might have been a police helicopter in the clouds, both youngsters rejected this explanation. The size of the lights alone was much greater than those of any such ordinary craft.

Brooklyn, New York Ball Shaped Object With Flaming Tail

Location of Sighting: Brooklyn, New York along Nostrand Ave, and Avenue Y.

Full Description of event/sighting: A few weeks ago I was standing out side (Brooklyn, N.Y.) around 10:00 pm and when I looked in the sky I saw a large white ball of light with a flamed tail following it. It went through the sky slowly, not very fast at all. You can tell it was pretty close and it almost looked like it was going to land somewhere. Now I don't know exactly what it was that I saw. Do you know if there were any activities of this sort with in the past few weeks? I have already asked around to see if it were possibly a comet or meteor, but so far everyone says there has not been any activity of that sort recently. Sincerely.

Brooklyn, New York - UFO

Time: Around 8:00 - 9:00 p.m.

I came across your sight while searching to see if there were any reports of a UFO sighting on this date in Brooklyn, New York. I figured it was a long shot
and was very surprised to see someone else reported something similar to what I saw.

Early that evening I'm guessing around 8:00 or 9:00pm. I was out on my terrace on Pacific street in Prospect Heights Brooklyn and something caught my eye moving slowly from east to west.

At first it looked like a bunch of metallic party balloons tied together with light from the surrounding buildings shining off of them. As the object got
closer I realized it was higher in the sky then I had thought and there was no way the little light would be reflecting off of the balloons that brightly and
constantly.

The object moved slowly from east to west until it disappeared over the horizon. I watched it for as long as I could see it. Unfortunately I didn't take any
pictures.

There was a moment when I realized that what I was seeing was something really strange. It's hard to describe the feeling but it was something unnatural.

Full Description of event/sighting: I'm logging into know if anyone else seen what I've seen.On a bright Saturday afternoon about 5:30 pm I looked to the skies and beyond the distant I thought the object was flying birds. But as it drifts closer, it then looks like a silver balloon moving in a fast erratic line. By the time it was over my head I realized it was something I could not understand because balloons would fly up instead from horizon to horizon. It was a small silver lighted circular object flying high. I can't believe twice in two years. In April I would see a UFO, it must be a hotbed month. Thank you.
