Hi I stay in Columbus, Ohio me and my family seen a green ball of light fall over our house and disappear rather quickly near OSU campus around 11:55 p.m. on November 7, 2012.
Can you please tell me what it was the kids are freaked out.

Probably Meteors from the taurid meteor shower. ISaw something from Phoenix at sundown today. I saw a VERY large fireball streaming across the atmosphere which broke into a total of foir smaller pieces shooting in different directions. It was very impressive but looked like a body breaking up. I found info onlibe about tge taurids showering up to Nov 12.
Just saw the same blue ball shoot across the northern sky of central fl. We are out enjoying a fire in the back yard Apopka Fl when we saw it around 8:40 tonight 11/08/12... The coolest thing was the neon like trail it left in the sky that just stayed there for a minute or so. Bill.gaeth5154@gmail.com
