Time: Approx: 9:15 p.m.
My sister and I were on the 101 Freeway heading to Downtown Los Angeles around 9:15 p.m. We saw a bright blue light fill the sky shortly there after it happened again this time with a hint of green.
We have no idea what it was. There was no sound just the sky going from dark to bright blue.
