11/29/2012, 19:37, traveling west on 74/76 in Wilmington, I saw what appeared to be a meteor. It wasn't burning out though. It was blue and red, withal slow arch. It was moving from southwest to the northeast as if it were going toward the airport.
I slowed down and it appeared back over the tree line. This time it showed all red lights, then red and green. Finally it kind of wobbled, hovering in the sky and then I observed all three lights with no flashing lights, not even a white one.
I new this was no standard aircraft due to the movements and light configuration.
