Time: Around 8:30 p.m. - 8:40 p.m.
I seen something around 8:30 p.m. - 8:40 p.m. on 1-25-12. Between Payson and Salem Utah. Looking like 7 or 12 red lights moving in and out of formation.
Really I can't explain what I seen, I have tried to see if any one else, or the news has picked up any thing yet and so far not a thing?

i just found your posting online and had to add what i know and saw yesterday 2/28/2012 i saw 12 bright orange lights rise over the mountain the weirdest and coolest lights i have ever saw. i know they were not helicopters nor jets, planes, etc..when they came over the mountain they split apart and then came together almost to form a triangle but still a little apart. the other ones were vanishing heading east, i looked to the west and i seen are jets flying at top speeds heading for the lights. but before are jets got there they vanished! i called dispatch and she told me they had a high volume of phone calls coming in about the lights. she said not to worry they are just baloons, i know they were not just ballons or anything like tht. it was about 8:30 p.m. at night u cant see ballons at night nor do i think u could see ballons if they had lights in them. and ballons do not fly like tht or have an intelligence about them like tht. i would like to know if anyone else has seen these lights. there are two separate occasions obviously from wht im reading about from wht u posted and i..
