2 Large Flashes Of Light Seen In The Hills Over Sherman Oaks California

Dear Brian, I just witnessed two big flashes over the valley (I live in the hills of Sherman Oaks).

They were about 4 seconds apart and made our house lights flicker.

I thought a transformer blew somewhere but, I can't find anything on the internet.

In my research I found your website, my husband saw a couple of flashes some months ago. I'll keep looking to see if anyone else saw this and knows what it was.

Orange/Green Glowing Round Object/UFO Seen From The Hills Of West Virginia

Date:  November 23, 2011 (?)
Time:  Approximately 9:00 p.m.

I saw a large perfectly round object glowing orange and green. It was at night at about 9:00 p.m. or so. I live in the hills of West Virginia and moved from Pennsylvania.

I am about 2,400 feet above sea level. It was on I think thanksgiving eve.

The next day 3 hunters came up to hunt and they also saw it and we talked about it and how there was no trail of smoke etc., following it.

I think it was in 2011. It could not be more than 2 or 3,000 feet high. To this day I still cant get over it.

Green Light Flashed In The Sky Seen Between Torrance to Rolling Hills California

Time:  Between 6:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

I was driving up Hawthorne Blvd from Torrance, CA to Rolling Hills, Ca.

My daughter's friend was in the car and she also saw it. My daughter saw the green light in the car because she was looking down at her lap.

Then the sky was lit up for an hour after. There were some clouds in the sky as well.

Large Slow Moving Light In The Sky Over Woodland Hills California (Video Footage)

Time:  Evening.

I was on a walk listening to music on my I-Phone when a strange, big, slow moving light came from behind a house slowly, but somewhat erratically.

I took a video of it, but unfortunately it's not a great video. It was silent and definitely strange. I got home and Googled UFO sightings in Woodland Hills and found your email.

It seemed to have come from around Pierce College. It made absolutely no noise unlike helicopters or planes. Maybe you could enhance the video.

Orange Sphere Seen Flying Over North Richland Hills Texas

Time:  Approx: 12:15 a.m.

This happened about 20 min ago, at around 12:15 a.m. and as my grandmother and I were stepping out for a bit.

We saw an orange sphere shape in the sky, looked to have been fire.

We followed with our eyes to see it kind of stop in the distance, and than drop and had a sparkling trail behind it.

We were very confused, but saw the post about Halloween and thought it was weird that we saw the same thing tonight.

Orange Colored Sphere In The Sky Over North Richland Hills Texas

I saw an orange sphere in the sky last night 10/31/2012 it looks like it was on fire but not moving at first.

There was no tail trailing behind it this was like at 8:00 p.m. -  8:30 p.m.  North Richland Hills Texas.

Orange Objects Flew In The Sky Above Fountain Hills Arizona

Brain, my family and I also saw the orange globes being reported by everyone on 10/20/2012. 

We were having ice cream outside of a local store on Shea Blvd in Scottsdale, AZ around 22:00 and noticed them over Fountain Hills. 

I thought they were planes at first, but the movement was irregular. I then thought they were helicopters, but they grew bright and then dim much too fast.

6 Or 7 Red/Orange Colored Object Hovered Over Hither Hills Campground Montauk New York

Time:  Approx: 9:00 p.m.

On September 2, 2012 at approximately 9:00 p.m., my husband and I were camping at Hither Hills Campground, Montauk, NY.  We were sitting in the RV when my husband saw what looked like fireworks (an reddish-orange trail of light going up from the ground and into the sky) out the side window facing east. 

We opened the door and saw an oblong object coming toward us and the top of it looked like it was on fire, a flaming orange and red color. It stopped in the sky almost overhead and hovered there for quite a few seconds and appeared to move up and down, side to side erratically. 

It was close enough overhead that when my husband said, "The bugs are getting in the camper, lets go out and look at it" I wouldn't go out because I felt it might be dangerous.  It slowly faded away.  We saw another orange flame climb from the east following a similar path but not so close. 

Then another and another, one at a time, totaling 6 or 7 in all. We were wondering if we were seeing some sort of flight path, helicopters or something, with the sun shining on the tops of the objects from below the horizon (if that is even possible) making them appear to be flaming orange and red. 

None of these objects made any noise, however. We dismissed it as such until I spoke to a friend who's mother stayed in Montauk on September 23, 2012 and saw exactly what we did at 9:45- 10:00 p.m. 

I want to add that my friend had not told her mother about what we saw when we were out there and was astounded when her mother was relating the story to her and it was so similar to our experience.

Large Orange Object/Light Seen Flying Over Agoura Hills California

Hi, I live in Agoura Hills, CA and I was with my wife in a park by our place last night and around 9:00 p.m. We saw and orange orb in the sky. It was much bigger than a plane and it rose straight up very slowly.

It rose so far up that eventually it almost disappeared, but I noticed it started to go to the left a little bit, still very slowly, as it started to fade out.

Orange/Red Colored Lights Over Dix Hills New York

Time:  Approx. 9:45 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

 

Around 9:45 p.m. my father, cousin, brother and I spotted the first orange/red light. Its speed is what captivated our attention at first considering it was moving much faster than any plane we have ever seen.

 

The solid bright color of orange popped as it glowed in the dark night around the stars. It was much smaller than the second light, but it disappeared in the dark night in an instant.

 

The second light came around 20 minutes later. Now this light was far bigger than the second one. It’s really bright orange color really made us pay attention to it. It appeared out of nowhere and it was going on the same path as the first one.

 

It also fits to the same description with the clouds given by you. Although a cloudless night it disappeared as if it was blocked out of sight by clouds. Also the fact that it was solid and had no flashing lights whatsoever made us believe it was no ordinary plane.

 

To say the least it was an amazing experience and a one that we all will never understand in complexity.

Red Lights In The Sky Traveling From Grand River Going West Towards Farmington Hills Michigan

 

Date: May 13, 2012

Time: 11:00 p.m.

 

I have attached the picture I took. I only captured two of them because I was shaking with excitement.

 

I'm driving down Grand River going west towards Farmington Hills when I look up and I see 3 red lights hovering horizontally. At first I thought maybe it was another planet alignment, but I noticed they were moving very slowly individually not as one unit.

 

So I pulled over and took a picture, I tried to turn off the flash, but I was shaking too much from excitement so I just took the picture. As soon as I took the picture they went from horizontal alignment to vertical alignment very slowly.

 

I called my son to tell him to go outside and look right now, but as I was talking to him the bottom one disappeared then the middle and then the top one. No smoke no noise no nothing.

 

These are not airplanes because airplanes or helicopters cause they don't hover without a lot of noise. These were silent. There were no blinking lights or anything else that a traditionally known aircraft would have. I called the police to see if anyone else noticed this.

Soft Colored White Lights Seen In The Sky Over North Shore Hospital Forest Hills New York

 

Date:  April 3, 2012

Time:  Approx: 9:30 p.m

 

Hi, I live up by North Shore Hospital at 102nd St. and 66th Road across from the Howard Apartments in Rego Park/Forest Hills and I also saw those lights (4) in the sky.

 

I would say it was around 9:30 p.m. in the evening when I walked my dog, maybe about a week ago, probably on the same day it was reported by others.

 

There was low cloud cover and the soft white lights were moving fairly rapidly in a repetitious synchronized clover-leaf pattern, each moving around its own circle and meeting back at the center of the clover leaf, at the exact moment before breaking off and going around, again and again.

 

I would say the clover leaf covered an 8 square block radius at least, maybe wider. Lights may have been 500 feet up, maybe higher.

 

They looked like they could have been lights at the end of a searchlight, except for the fact that there were absolutely no visible beams of light leading upward.

 

I stood there watching for about 10 minutes.

 

I called my wife on my cell, she was upstairs on the top floor of our apartment building.

 

I wanted to have her come to down to take a look, or see if she could see it from our apartment. I called a young neighborhood guy over and I showed him the lights to see what he thought.

 

He glibly said they must be aliens and walked away. People don't want to know. Just give them a joint to blow and don't make them think. When I went upstairs a few minutes later the tall Howard Apartments were blocking the view so my wife never saw it.

 

I thought of grabbing my camera and taking a few shots and go back downstairs, but I was sure it wasn't going to come out because the lights were not that close and they were a real soft white, grey actually moving rapidly among  grey cloud cover.

 

Shoulda, woulda, coulda. The lights were about a 1/4 mile west of where I stood and I would say the epicenter of the pattern was right over by 108th St and maybe Jewel Avenue. I would definitely say it was some sort of paranormal or UFO activity.

 

Unfortunately I did not make a note of the exact day, but I kept saying to myself, I have to go online the next day to see if it was reported. 

 

But it took me almost a week to check it out, so I would now say it was probably the same night of April 3rd, a Tuesday. Oh btw, spoke to my in-laws in Coram, Suffolk County and they also saw similar lights in the sky where they live also about the same day.

Four Lights Observed In The Sky Above Forest Hills Border Lining Flushing Queens New York

Hi, I live in the pocket section of Forest Hills, border lining Flushing, Corona and Rego Park near The Forest Hills Co-op Housing Projects.

 

I’m seeing/saw the same 4 lights in the sky, they seem to be hovering and circling around the area.

 

I have no idea what they are, but this is my second sighting of them in the same spot within the past two months. I'm just coming home, but I've been seeing them since the sun went down.

Orange Light Observed Over Lake In The Hills Illinois

Full Description of Event/Sighting: We were outside with neighbors late last night and saw an orange light, almost looked like an orange flare going through the sky.

 

There were two airplanes also in the sky in different directions. You could clearly see the orange flare was not an airplane.

The object was moving I believe north and seemed to be going straight across at a slow speed. The light didn't flicker, was constant glow.

 

It was not falling downwards either. Unfortunately I didn't have my cell phone with me to try to take a picture.

Bright White Object With Blue/White Long Tail Seen Over Fountain Hills Arizona

I live in Fountain Hills, AZ and saw an amazing sight on Thursday November 20th. I at first thought it looked like a comet being it has a long tail. It was bright white with a blue-white tail that later turned pale orange as it seemed to fly southeast from us.

 

I have been on the internet trying to find out all I can about this thing and everyone says they saw it in the evening to night time, but I saw this along with two other people at 5:47 a.m.

 

How is that possible? I've seen shooting stars before, but nothing like this.

Large Bright Green Object Lights Up The Skyline Over Desert Hills Arizona

Full Description of Event/Sighting: Sitting outside my house, my boyfriend pointed to the eastern sky and we saw what at first looked like a big green firework that was set off way to low to the ground.

 

We realized that it kept moving at a very fast speed and was literally bright green and lit up the skyline. It was moving horizontal against the night sky about 200 feet from the ground heading north.

 

It disappeared into the clouds and lit up the clouds, as it kept moving north and we lost sight of it. It was big, bright green and moving very fast. My daughter who was five miles east saw the same thing with her friends and my sister who lives 16 miles southwest of me saw it as well.

 

Other friends reported seeing it also. There was no sound what so ever.

20 Bright Orange Glowing Lights Over Dix Hills Long Island New York

Time: Approx: 9:30 p.m. - 9:45 p.m.

Hi Brian, I live in Dix hills, Long Island, On Saturday night, 7/16, I was celebrating my sons graduation from High School and has approximately 60 people in my backyard. At approximately 9:30-9:45 someone shouted, “look at that”, and most of us looked up to the sky and saw about 9 bright orange glowing orbs moving from the South to the north.

One of the kids said they were candles in bags floating across the sky, I don’t think so. I immediately ran in the house and grabbed my binoculars to get a better look.

They appeared round, but not like a saucer, more like a softball, and were glowing an illumine scent orange color. I’m guessing they were 1500-2000 feet high and moving at 200-250 MPH.

Anyhow, the strange things is that this went on for about an hour, Every 5-10 minutes or so, another 2-3 more came moving along the same trajectory, at about the same height and about the same speed.

I counted at least a total of 20-21 of these bright orange globs moving across the sky.

Evidently, there were others who spotted them too, my son called me into his room later that night to show me a posting of another person who was freaking out the night before, that would be Friday night, 7/15,

They too saw the lights and posted them on YouTube with video. The video isn’t that good, but I believe what the person is describing are the same lights.

Anyhow, we came to the conclusion that there items were unidentifiable and could be classified as UFOs. Regards.

Orange Lights In The Shape Of A Triangle Over Western Hills/Bridgetown Area In Cincinnati Ohio

Time: Approx: 10:20 p.m.

I've been searching the internet all day today to see if anyone else saw this last night. At about 10:20 pm Sunday July 25, 2010 my partner and I saw a very bright orange glow light flying toward us. We're in the Western Hills/Bridgetown area in Cincinnati OH.

There are many airplanes that fly over our house to the CVG Airport, but this object was coming from a different direction. When it got closer, I saw what looked like 5 bright orange orbs in the shape of a triangle. The orbs traveled at the same speed and appeared to be coming from one object.

It wasn't traveling as fast as a plane and wasn't as high in the sky. The only sound I could hear was a slight hiss or hum. Definitely not the usual sound we hear from a plane going over. My partner thinks it was a hot air balloon, but I'm no so sure since we couldn't see anything that looked like a balloon or "basket" hanging below it. I know there has to be others that saw this too.
