Near Ramona, California Large Object With Rows Of Lights

Shape of objects: Without binoculars, it looked like a very large planet, larger than Venus when its near. With binoculars it looked round.
Weather Conditions: Clear.

Description: Sometime between 4:00 and 4:30 this morning, (our dogs need to go out) I noticed an extremely large planet in the East. Our property backs up to the Cleveland National Forest, so there are very few lights out here and the sky is very clear. The "planet" was large and glowed/sparkled. Then noticed that it had a large main glow of light, like a planet would, and also a somewhat smaller light glowing off of the large one. So thought it was an aircraft. The lights were mainly white with a little bit of green and red in them. I went inside and looked at it through binoculars. No planet! It had a horizontal row of evenly spaced lights that diminished in brightness at it's sides making it look round. A shorter/fewer vertical row of lights crossed the center of the horizontal one. Both outside and inside the house I watched it for 7-10 minutes. It never moved. Please do not give out my name or contact info.
