My wife and I were driving on NM 550 between Albuquerque to Farmington and we saw a large meteorite traveling in the western sky about 15 to 20 degrees off the horizon.
The meteorite was traveling south to north and it appeared to be a bright green ball with a trail that was 3x as long. It lasted for 5 seconds. The trajectory was horizontal.
