Time: Evening.
I just saw this north of my house in Brecksville, Ohio while walking my dog ten minutes ago.
They weren't moving in sync, so they couldn't be on the wings of an airplane.
They were also much bigger and brighter than airplane lights in the sky.

We live in Calif, near Tahoe, and just saw a bunch of orange lights flying in a line over our house. The were going about the soeed of a plane but orange lights. Is this like what you saw?
