Long Green Streak Of Light Fly Over Barrington Rhode Island

Time:  Approx: 6:35 p.m.

My wife and I saw the same object from Barrington Rhode Island around 6:35 this evening: A long greenish colored streak of light similar to a meteorite in the southern sky, plummeting downwards at an angle of about 30 degrees to the vertical, lasting approximately a second before disappearing below the horizon.

We would be very interested if you could cast some light on this, (pun not intended, but I will leave in anyway!)

Triangle Of Orange Lights Over Great Barrington Massachusetts

My friends and I were traveling south on Route 7 in Great Barrington at 8:15 last night, when I saw a triangle of orange lights in the sky. We pulled over and all watched it weave in and out of the sky and it seemed quite close.
At times, there seemed to be a leader orange ball ahead of the others and after about 5 minutes they all disappeared.

Yellow Star Like Object Makes 90 Degree Turn Over Great Barrington Massachusetts

Full Description of Event/Sighting: I was standing outside when I saw what looked like a yellowish star like object moving to the east. It slowed down and made a ninety degree turn to the south. As it moved away, it went from a dull yellowish color to a bright white light and then took off at a incredible speed. I have a pair of 80x100 binoculars and looking threw them, the object looked oval shaped. There was no blinking lights at all, no exhaust or contrail. Thanks.

Blue Red Yellow Objects Over Great Barrington Massachusetts

Full Description of Event/Sighting: July 8, 2010 at 10:00pm I went out with my binoculars to look at the stars. I just read about a sighting in Texas, that was so similar to mine, I had to tell you. The reason I wasn't going to report the sighting, was because I just had one on the 6 of July while I was camping.

The only difference between my sighting and the one in Texas was, I had binoculars and could see the objects moving and changing colors. They both were blue, red, and yellow in color, not lights. When the objects moved, they would put out a bright white light. This went on for about 5 minutes, then they both went in opposite directions. It was a great feeling seeing this happen again, or just luck. Thanks.
