Full Description of Event/Sighting: West sky was flashing a green glow that seems to be glowing from above the clouds.

CTV News Investigates Vancouver British Columbia UFOs

Tune Into the CTV six o’clock news, May 22, 2014 for the story on UFOs in the Vancouver, British Columbia Canada.

A new video published on May 21, 2014, offers a preview of a special report from CTV News claiming there are more UFO sightings inVancouver, British Columbia, than anywhere else around Canada. In what is described as an “out of this world story” the preview highlights on-camera interviews featuring both Canadian science writer Chris Rutkowski and Vancouver astronomer Charles Lamoureux. CTV’s coverage follows this month’s publication of results from a 2013 Canadian UFO Survey which ranked Vancouver the number one city in Canada with 116 UFO reports filed in 2012.

Spike In Strange Lights Over Vancouver Island (CTV News Vancouver Island Video Footage)

On Sunday morning Brian Vike from The Vike Factor did a Skype video interview with reporter Gord Kurbis for the CTV Vancouver Island (Victoria) from his home in Houston, British Columbia.

The topic was on a rise in strange lights over Vancouver Island, and there were a good number of sightings of unusual lights, Triangular UFO and numerous reports of a meteor that flew over the Victoria and surrounding area.

Also at the same time, sightings of unusual lights/unknown objects/meteor came in from eye witnesses in the lower mainland and Vancouver area.

Unknown Glowing Lights Seen Over Vancouver Washington

I spotted the same lights as I was walking into the gym. I didn't report it though.

I spotted a colorful band of light that made a slithering motion to the southeast from Vancouver, WA.

Orange Colored Lights In A Triangular Formation Seen Flying Over Vancouver Washington

 

Date:  April 15, 2012

Time:  Evening.

 

Hello, my husband and I live in Vancouver, WA. And about 20 minutes ago we spotted three orange lights towards the Camas area. We live off of 162nd and 39th St.

They were fairly large and definitely individual, very bright orange lights in a perfect triangle. One on top, and two on bottom. They were not very close to one another either.

My husband saw them as he was taking out the garbage and came inside to show me.

When I saw them from our bedroom window, I grabbed my phone and ran downstairs to take a picture. When I got to our back yard, there was only light sitting there.

No sound and at first no movement and it slowly started moving north, then disappeared before our eyes.

It almost appeared to vanish as if going behind a cloud, but there wasn’t a cloud there. Only my husband, myself and my daughter saw the lights.

Haven’t heard any word from anyone else as to whether it was seen by others.

Definitely were not flares or helicopters, like I said they were huge, but obviously very, very high in the sky and did not move out of formation or anywhere else until they disappeared. Very cool.

Orange Colored Lights Seen Twice Over Vancouver Washington

Time:  Approx: 7:30 p.m. and again at 10:30 p.m.

 

Hi Brian, I saw the same thing over Vancouver WA from the northwest area of Portland Oregon around 7:20 PM then again around 10:30 PM. I am located west of PDX.

 

I do remember earlier in the year seeing a glowing blimp, but this was different because when the blimp turned I could see the flashing maker lights.

 

The thing I saw in the sky New Years eve floated like a flare, but changed it’s flight path a couple times before dimming and vanishing. It appeared to be moving towards me but at the same time reducing from a large fiery ball to a tiny spec of light?

 

The object was changing in orange hues and intensity but no marking lights were noticed. The first time I saw it my neighbor was outside smoking, but I didn’t get his attention before it faded away. It looked like it want behind the clouds.

 

I watched a plane run the entire holding and landing pattern, but the clouds did not obstruct my view. Later that night I was talking with my parents on the phone outside due to the noisy in the house and I witnessed it again.

 

This time I pulled the whole family and a few guests out of the house to witness the phenomena and all saw it. Some people said it was probably a balloon until it got very small and disappeared.

Coeur d' Alene, Idaho Witnesses Also Observe Vancouver, B.C. UFO

Time: Around midnight.

Hi Brian, I just wanted to tell you, re: the Vancouver sighting. We saw it too here in Coeur d' Alene, Idaho. We were sitting outside (it was right around midnight). I was talking to my friend about navigation by the stars and we were looking at a planet. I looked away and my friend said "what is that!" I looked back up and the object was next to the planet. It was round and bright. It stayed there for about 15 seconds then it took off leaving about a (visual) 3 inch long trail that was as wide as the object and narrowed down to a point. I'm glad we were not the only one's to see it! My friend has never seen anything strange in the sky before and he is having trouble processing what he saw. If that person in Vancouver does have it on video and you get it we would sure like to be able to look at it. If you post it somewhere could you let us know? Thanks

Vancouver, Washington Orb Shape And Three Lights

Shape of objects: Orb shape and three lights.

Full Description of event/sighting: My partner and I were walking back to our house from a friend's and we walked through the park and I saw a bright light in the sky and I pointed it out to my partner. We watched it for about ten minutes and then started to walk, still watching it and then it moved further away and the light got dimmer. We kept walking, but watching it too. Then we pasted some trees and it blocked our view of the sky. But when we look to the sky it was gone.
