Tear Drop UFO Spotted Later In Pictures Over Alki Beach Seattle Washington (Photo)

I was just thinking earlier today about posting that it had been a while since I last photographed a UFO after getting pictures of "orb" like UFO's three times in a year.

I thought perhaps the activity, whatever was going on, had subsided.

I was going through pictures I took at Alki Beach on July 16, 2007, and in one that I took  just after sunset, I got a teardrop shaped UFO, not an orb shaped one like all the others, this one is different.

This is a the small section of the image that contained the UFO cut out so that you can see it at the full native resolution.

Retired US Navy Aircraft Mechanic Observes Orange Colored Light Over Everson Washington

Date:  February 14, 2015
Time:  10:30 p.m.

Number of Objects: 1
Shape of Objects: Ball of light.
Colour of Object: N-NW, then West.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: I too saw this same or similar light in the sky last night. However, it was south of me heading north by northwest. I live in Everson, WA 98247.

The light was approximately 5 or more times the size of the surrounding stars. I am a retired US Navy aircraft mechanic, so I am very used to visually identifying aircraft of all types.

This light was the wrong color for a landing and or spot/flood light. The object made no noise, and traveled in the sky for more than a minute before fading out much like a meteor would. However, it was traveling very slow across the sky like a high altitude aircraft would.

The thing that really surprised me is, this light made a right turn, however the light source didn't fade as landing lights would during a turn from my vantage point.

My concern was, it was an aircraft on fire. When the object made the turn to the west, it traveled for several seconds, and then slowly faded out. Were there any other reports of this object?

Has anyone figured out what it was? If it were landing lights, I would have seen an aspect change in the lights intensity as the aircraft turned. If it were a meteor it would not be able to make a right turn.

Not having any detectable sound is irrelevant as acoustics from aircraft can be very misleading anyway. The only thing I can surmise is it must have been an aircraft with a major fire, that got the fire out using the onboard fire suppression systems.

Let me know if you know anything. If it was an aircraft on fire, I hope the pilot(s) made it back safely.

Eyewitness Watches Object Make Unusual Maneuvers From Glacier Washington

Time:  Approximately 6:53 p.m.

Did anyone else see the lights in the sky tonight at around 6:53 PDT on January 25, 2015 ?

I looked southeast from Glacier, WA at the sky towards Mt. Baker, which was beautifully lit by the moon.

All of a sudden I thought I was seeing the forecasted comet or asteroid to the left (NE) of Mt Baker as I saw a brightly lit "star" falling. Clear as it could be.

The stars at night up here are much clearer than in more populated areas. So, I'm watching this thing falling, but then, instead of continuing to fall, it took a sharp left turn (headed north), went sideways, then back up, then down, then right, down, up, across all over the place.

It must have gone on for at least 2 minutes. That was no Asteroid or Comet. Did anyone see this?

Eventually it went back to it's "original" position, flickered a bunch and began to fade away. I have never seen anything clearly wrong, defying all laws of physics as we know them, in the night sky like this in my life.

you said 8:50 p.m., maybe one or both of us is off on the time, but it was approximately 6:53 p.m. when I texted a friend over Facebook about what I was watching as I watched it.

Still A Mystery - Lady Films UFO With Bolt Of Lighting In The Sky Over Bremerton Washington (Pictures)

Date for this sighting was in the 1970’s.

UFO Investigator Brian Vike’s Note: Usually with something like this, I title the "whatever it is" in a picture as being an Object/UFO, but more so leaving it up to the individual to make up their own mind as to what they think it is.

Above Photo: The two pictures above are the photos Lorraine took.

But after a ton of time put into the report and photo, I am calling this a "UFO", which it really is. I wrote to numerous Blimp companies to see if maybe it was one of theirs, or knew of a Blimp like this one in the picture.

No one, I mean no one, could be certain as to what this darn thing is. Bloody strange and remains a mystery.

Hi Brian. It was some 30 years ago that this happened. As I was walking into my home in Bremerton, Washington when I saw those strange objects in the sky, it was hovering almost right above me.

It was in a northerly direction and a little to the west from where I stood. I ran inside and got my camera and took these 2 pictures.

I'm an 83 year old lady now and when I heard of Art Bells interest in UFOs and I thought he might like to see them.

I Had to look them up in all my pictures and I was surprised again to see how strange they looked.

After the photos were posted, I received emails from people saying it was everything from a Goodyear blimp, some testing a flying car and or a Navy Drone.

Someone actually said it was a UFO. Wish I had put the date on the pictures, but too late for that.

Above Photo: If you look to the end of the object, or left side, it appears to be a lighting bolt, or something of that nature.

My daughter will attach the photos as I have just gotten this lap top computer and I have to type with one finger, so I have a lot to learn.

Red V Shaped UFO Shot Straight Up And Gone Over Washington State

Date:  1967
Time:  Evening.

When I was 16, in 1967, I worked on the State Ferry System and lived with my sister just the other side of the street from Fort Laughton to the South.

I happened to notice a red V shape such as you describe one day, and called others out to look.

It seemed to just be floating, but suddenly, and at such a speed not understood by me or others, shot up and it was gone.

It may have been a few minutes of hovering, but it is something I will never forget.

I still wonder about what it, or they were.

A search a while back tells me that many people saw these lights too.

7 Orange Objects/Lights Seen Flying Over Spokane Washington

Date:  December 24, 2014
Time:  Evening.

I came across this website to see if there was anything online to support what I witnessed. On December, 24 2014, I also saw about 7 objects moving slow (compared to other objects that might move in the sky) that were orange in color.

They also vanished off in the distance. They did not travel together and there was probably a 30 second to 1 minute break before the last 1 - 2 passed through. I went outside to see if I could hear any sounds coming from them and heard nothing.

It looked as if they were hovering and gliding at the same time. Very odd, and I do not believe in UFOs and am not one to perpetuate mysteries or unusual sightings to stir ones imagine or support others who may believe or wish to do the same. Their direction was southeast .

Delta Airlines Personal Observes Red/Orange Light Over Hillyard Spokane Washington

Hey, I just found this website and after what I saw tonight, I started searching to see if others have seen what I saw and after I saw this page, it looks like I have, but in a smaller scale.

Little bit about me, I've worked for Delta Airlines for a year. I defiantly know what a aircraft looks like in the dark and this was not it.

I saw it from Hillyard in Spokane, Washington and it started up high in the sky and my dog was going nuts.

As it caught my eye, it started out as this red or orange light, then as it dropped it picked up speed and got big, which I then realized because it was so close I thought it was going to crash into the ground, and then it just stopped right beyond my sight then popped back up barely back into view then disappeared.

I've been a believer my whole life, but never seen anything to truly get my attention. I'm shocked now and can tell you something weird is in the sky.

Bright Glowing Orange Sphere Pulsating Over Lacey Washington

Time:  Approx: 11:30 p.m.

I and 2 other people saw an intensely glowing orange sphere, pulsating, and moving towards us. No sound. Moved south to north over Lacey, Washington.

We just happened to look up at the right time to see it. It was around 11:30 p.m. 7/5/2012. Thought we had it recorded, but husband fumbled record.

Definitely unusual sight and I still wonder what it was. Its power/light/color was like nothing we've ever seen in this world. After 15 minutes it accelerated quickly and disappeared.

Found your site as I was Googling information after someone told me they saw something last night.

Pulsating Bright Blue To Orange Lights Over Spokane Washington

I saw this also! Only my experience was a bit different. It was 3:00 a.m. and I went out on my porch to smoke.

I looked up and a bright light caught my eye.

It was stationary and pulsating bright blue to orange lights. I stayed out there for a good thirty minutes. I then decided to go in and grab my phone, but when I got back outside, I couldn't see it anywhere. It completely vanished.

Waves Of Orange Colored Lights/Objects Over Bellingham Harbor Washington

Date:  October 4, 2014
Time:  Approx: 9:30 p.m.

Saw your information on the web while searching for answers to the lights we saw last night in the sky above Bellingham Harbor.

Smallish, orange lights moving slowly from the west horizon from about 3 o'clock position. They would be single file-ish, about 5-10, moving slowly like they were on a small model aircraft of something.

Then they would 'gather' at about 12 o'clock high position, stop moving and then slowly 'extinguish', not fall down, but extinguish.  

A group would linger in one spot, and as they lost their light, other orange ball shaped lights would join them, linger/hover, and then extinguish.

This started around 9:30 p.m. and went in 'waves' of 5-10 lights, for about 45 minutes, and then no more.

Never seen anything like that.

It was almost as if people where sending up controlled balloons, but the accuracy and exact stopping points each time, was odd.

Fast Moving Green Light/Object Spotted In The Sky Over Mercer Island Washington

9-13-14  between 8:00 and 8:30 pm. I live in Mercer Island, Washington on Lake Washington with unobstructed view facing west toward Seattle.

I witnessed a fast moving green object heading east to west, then disappeared in a few seconds. Searching for information for explanation. Too fast for an airplane. Thank you.

Large Fireball Racers Across The Sky Over Finn Hill Kirkland Washington

Hi there, I came across your blog when I was searching for "fireball over Seattle" and discovered that someone else saw the same thing I did, but on a different night.

This was Saturday, September 13, 2014 at around 8:00 p.m. I was standing on my back deck on Finn Hill in Kirkland, Washington talking with my husband, when all of a sudden I saw a large fireball racing overhead, traveling west.

It appeared to be so close to the Earth, that I half expected to hear it crash into Lake Washington!

There's been no media report that I've seen on this, yet I can't help but think I'm not the only one who saw this. It was bigger than any falling star or meteor that I've ever seen.

Silent Bright White Fireball Spotted In The Sky Over Ballard Seattle Washington

Date:  September 5, 2014
Time:  Evening.

Hi, thought I would give a report of what I just witnessed tonight in Ballard, Washington (Seattle). I was outside facing east talking to my wife and my eye caught a trail of light travelling eastbound from the west.

As I focused on it, the only thing that came to mind was it looked like a bright white fireball, that just all of a sudden disappeared.

From my perspective it looked like it was maybe 100'-500' off the ground. At that elevation I would guess it was travelling 100-200 mph. (just a guess) Fast, but not as fast as a shooting star, maybe was a meteor, but I have never seen anything that bright white and it seemed way to close to the ground.

It seemed to be burning, little tails or flame like tails, but then just disappeared. I constantly am looking in the sky, but have never seen anything this foreign and it did not behave as any firework that I have ever witnessed.

3 Orange Balls Of Light In A Triangle Formation Over Tacoma Washington

My co-worker and I saw this exactly as described in your blog only in Tacoma, Washington in late July 2014 at about 22:20 at night.

We saw 3 orange lights in triangle formation in the sky, not moving just hovering. The lights went out in sequence, first the right, then the left then the center.

This took about 90 seconds to be completely gone. They were not planes or any flying object that could be explained.

Two Fast Moving Red Glowing UFOs Over Poulsbo Washington

 Date:  March 1997
Time:  Evening.

I was stunned to see this image of 2 red glowing UFOs. Three of us were looking for Comet Hale–Bopp and saw exactly what is described here. Two diamond shaped glowing objects moving faster than anything we had ever seen traveling S to N.

We saw them move from horizon to horizon in a matter of seconds. We were used to seeing military jets and these things were faster than anything we had ever seen and it was dead silent.

This happened in March 1997 in Poulsbo, Washington.

Witness Observes Orange Colored Objects/Lights In The Sky From Spokane Washington

Time:  Approx; 9:00 p.m.

I'm from Spokane, and last night I observed the same thing described in this article http://unitedstatesufo.blogspot.com/2013/02/25-to-30-orange-balls-of-light-lit-up.html

It was about 9:00 p.m. on February 16th, 2013 and as I was walking into my house I noticed 10 or 15 bright orange lights up in the sky. 4 or 5 of them were in a V shaped formation, and there was another formation that resembled more of a square.

At first I thought I was looking at stars in a constellation, but eventually single lights started to break out of formation, and appeared to float up into the cloud layer, where they were no longer visible.

Each glowing light in turn broke away from the formation and floated out of view until I could no longer see any.

It was a very bizarre to say the least. My first thought was they were some kind of military flare, as they were spotted in the direction of Fair Child Air Force Base.

However, the balls of light appeared to coordinate in formation.

I've noticed a similar report from Bellingham WA, that described a similar formation of lights 3 hours earlier. That might imply that whatever it is traveled from Bellingham to Spokane.

8 Orange Lights In A V Formation In The Sky Over Bellingham Washington

Date:  February 16, 2013
Time:  Approx: 6:35 p.m.

Hey! last night February 16, 2013 over the sky's of Bellingham Washington we saw about 8 orange lights in a V formation slowly traveling over the sky.

Then one by one they disappeared heading east towards Spokane Washington. Around 6:35 p.m. I am wondering if there is an explanation for this occurrence.
