Bright Orange Or Copper Colored Lights In The Sky Over Downtown Chicago Illinois

Hi, here are my Facebook postings from last night and this morning. Friends kept suggesting I was drinking! I just found your website and wanted to share. Nothing on the news.

I sent an email to a Chicago radio station for breaking news without any reply. My husband said he thought it was more like 10 to 12 of them.

I ran inside at one point to grab my phone.

I was only able to get one clear shot which was only a bright light in the sky. They were copper or orange and very bright.

This first posting was at about 9:20 p.m. CST on Saturday, October 13th.

I remembered feeling sort of scared when I realized there were more coming after the initial three.

We could see them coming through the leaves of my front yard trees. They were following the others.

I felt it was sort of an attack of some kind for a moment! 

I really want to find out about this.

Copper Metallic Colored UFO Lit Up Everything Around The Witnesses At Fort Lauderdale Beach Florida

Saw copper cylinder shaped object hovering over Fort Lauderdale Beach, FL  August 28 b/w around 8:30 p.m.

Night was super clear.

The moon was so bright it was illuminating everything around my boyfriend and I.

Initially hovered moving very slowly over the horizon. The color was copper - metallic like a perfectly shinny penny. I could make out the edges and they seemed very sharp.

Within about 2 seconds of seeing this object. It sped up went behind a low wispy cloud and never made it out of the other side of the cloud. I could still see it shining behind the clouds but then it disappeared in a flash of light.

The object hovered silently, but I heard a strange noise that made me look up when it first appeared. I can't describe the noise because it's not something I've ever heard before.

Two Sightings Over Milford Ohio – Copper Colored Object And Bright Green White Flash

Hello, my name is (name removed), I live in Milford Ohio. Last night I witnessed 2 events that I can't explain. I've never seen anything like either event, and think it's a bit odd that in one evening to have two experiences.

 

At any rate, around 9:30 p.m. I sat out side with my father looking straight up in the sky, I pointed out to my father, a small copper colored light going from north to south.

 

It appeared to be very high up in the sky.

 

At first the light was very faint and moving very slowly. About 10 seconds after pointing it out to my father, the thing flared up, got really bright, appeared to have slowed down or stop.

 

This lasted about 5 seconds or so then, it reduced back to it's original state and continued in the same direction.

Around 1:30 a.m., I returned outside to sky gaze some more. After sitting looking at the stars for a bit, I noticed a bright, greenish white flash in the sky. Just a bright flash that seemed to illuminate the sky briefly, like lightning.

 

About 3 or 4 seconds after the flash, I heard what sounded like a sonic boom. I was unable to locate where either had come from. Thank you.

Exeter Township, Reading, Pennsylvania A Copper Colored Object Hovering

Location of Sighting: Exeter Township.
Number of witnesses: 2
Number of objects: 1
Shape of objects: Rounded triangle, possible cigar shape.

Full Description of event/sighting: I had left a department store and looked up above the store at the very beautiful sunset. In the distance is a highway and a set of trees. My jaw dropped as I saw a copper colored object hovering ever so slowly. Was it a balloon? No. A blimp. Too flat. A jet plane or helicopter could never hover that slow. It had a protrusion under the front, triangular yet rounded fuselage. It had zero means of propulsion showing, no intakes, propellers or anything. There it was, hovering and then it moved ever so slowly. Directed intelligently. Down abit, then up a bit heading east. A women got into a mini van and I said to her, as I stood next to my car. Do you see what I do? She said yes, with a shocked expression. She watched for a while then seemingly disturbed drove away. I watched the object go behind trees, then out it dipped abit, always slow.

Then went behind a dense part of the trees. It was a UFO, in the classical sense, quite, triangular and hovering. A deep copper color, but it could of been silver reflecting the golden sunset. I have heard zero news about this amazing sight. It does somewhat parallel the above recent Maryland sighting in shape of the object and time. Sunset. I can see it still and carry the picture of it's slow, deliberate hanging course in my mind the rest of my life. P.S. A small private plane flew over it at about 1000 feet up and to the objects southwest, going east.

Crockett, Virginia A Copper Colored Sphere

Location of Sighting: A field on my grandfather's land. Number of witnesses: 3 Number of objects: 1 Shape of objects: A copper sphere.

Full Description of event/sighting: On that day, in the blue ridge mountains, everything seemed pretty normal. I was walking through one of the fields on my grandfather's land with two of my cousins, age 18 and 13. I am 17 myself. It had been a long time since we had seen one another, so we just stopped and sat down on a hay stack to reminisce for a while.

It was a partly cloudy day, and when I laid back and looked into the sky, I saw a very peculiar object, hovering in the sky. The wind was blowing, not fast, but certainly enough to where a bird could not in anyway seem to be hovering. The object was spherical, and it was a shiny copper in color. At first I was quite confused, and I watched it for about 15 seconds or so. Then I told my cousins and pointed at it. They saw it too, so I wasn't crazy. The object hovered for about another 10 seconds, then began moving southwest. It climbed in altitude and disappeared into a cloud. Although it was very difficult to estimate the size, the orb may have been about 5 feet to maybe 20 feet (?) in diameter.

When we got back, we told our parents, but no one believe us. But I swear we knew what we had seen, and we're not crazy.

Crockett, Virginia Another Eyewitness For A Copper Colored Sphere

Full Description of event/sighting: Hello, my cousin (name removed) reported this earlier, and you asked him to have one of the other witnesses report it as well, so here goes.

It was just after lunch that we went out in the field to talk. We must have been on this haystack for maybe an hour, when (name removed) tapped me on the shoulder and asked if I saw this object in the sky that he was pointing at. When my brother and I looked up, we saw a copper colored ball floating kind of high up in the sky. It didn't move, and after a little while it started moving towards the mountains at about the speed of a car. It started to get higher, and eventually went into the clouds. I hope this helps.
