I saw this neon green ball of light as well. I live near 7th Ave and Camelback Road. I also saw about six continuous lights in the sky tonight near the same location. They were blinking like they were doing morse code with each other and at first the lighting was minimal and looked like a thin line, and then they would light up really bright, and go back to a faint line. It was like a procession of them. So weird. I was going tho the grocery store and actually sat in the car for 15minutes watching this strange sighting in the night sky.
