Boomerang Shaped UFO/Alien Craft In The Sky Seen From San Diego California

Hi, I saw a boomerang shaped object in the sky while I was driving home about a month ago. I've been asking around if anyone else had seen it.

I live in San Diego, California and I had just got off work and was traveling east on the Interstate 8. Above the mountains in front of me was a bunch of clouds, then suddenly this boomerang looking object came out of the clouds towards me, then banked left then headed east back into the clouds.

It was big, but I was having a hard time trying to figure out how far away it was. I almost crashed! Its been bugging me for weeks now. So tonight I thought, you know, let me look on the internet and see if anyone else saw this.

Everyone I've mentioned it to looks at me like I'm crazy. I've seen orbs twice now, but this boomerang thing was impressive. It was an orange kind of color.

I've never seen anything like it so it was hard to process what I was witnessing. I'm an artist, so I think I'm going to draw what I saw. I came across you, so I thought I would share this with you.

I'm always looking to the sky and like I said, I've seen orbs so I'm always looking up. Everyone makes fun of me, but now that I found you I know I'm not crazy.

I'm 45 years old so I'm not a little kid even though I feel like one now writing this to you. Now this is driving me nuts for sure. I want to see it again. Let me know if anyone else saw what I saw. Thanks!

Hi Brian, thanks for getting back to me. I narrowed it down. It was light out still, so it was December 19, 2014 at around 5:00 p.m. - 5:15 p.m. on a Friday.

I was headed home on Interstate 8 eastbound. This thing appeared from what I can tell above La Mesa or Santee. It came out of the clouds slightly towards me then banked to the south and then towards the west right back into the clouds.

It was moving effortlessly as if it was gliding, but it defied gravity. I couldn't believe something so big could turn like it was. I think the reason I kind of dismissed it was because I was in traffic, so I looked around to see if anyone else was seeing this.

No one from what I could tell. I got the feeling like it didn't want to be seen. It was a burnt orange metallic color and luminous, but the sun was setting behind me in the west so it is possible it was a reflection of that, but I cant say for sure.

It looked exactly like a wing from a passenger jet, but no body fuselage, but big. Real big. This all happened in seconds. It didn't even disturb the clouds as it reentered them. I've been talking about it ever since.

I don't know why I didn't follow up on it sooner. Since I emailed you last night, I've been beating myself up over why did I dismiss this? Why didn't I look on the internet? Why with an interstate with all lanes filled with cars, am I the only one that saw it.

What's crazier is I talked to my brother last night and told him what I saw. He almost crapped his pants. He claims he saw the same thing exactly during the lunar eclipse of 2010.

He said he only told a few people. But he did however get a photo of something else shortly after that. Google DC Buchanan UFO.

Approximately 16 Unknown Lights/Objects Seen In The Sky Outside Of San Diego California

Time:  From 9:30 p.m. - 10:15 p.m.

Hello Brian, just last night around 9:30 p.m. my colleague and I witnessed these crazy/unexplained lights in the dark sky. On our way to San Diego for our delivery, we were chatting when I discovered, every light was passing us, except one that remained in front of us, as soon as I asked my colleague, “what it that"?

A second orange light appeared out of thin air. It was exactly the same, yet the right light was slightly more above then the left one. We were in awe, but we were also very confused and excited.

After watching for a little longer, the first light disappeared. What stunned us was the 2 following lights that appeared more to the right. After taking pictures and videos of everything we saw, my colleague decided he had to pull over.

We stopped at the nearest rest point, immediately we grabbed our phones and ran towards where the freeway and the rest stop hill ended. There we had a very clear footage and caught everything, especially the orbs that randomly disappeared/appeared.

On August 25, 2014 and from 9:30 p.m. - 10:15 p.m. we witnessed about 16 lights in the dark sky. Please contact me asap to compare or help give me an in sight of "The Unidentified Object in the Sky".

Triangle UFO With Orange Lights In The Corners Seen Flying Over San Diego California

Time:  Approx: 7:45 p.m.

Hi my name is (name removed) I live in San Diego, California, and on February 14, 2013 (yesterday)  around 7:45 p.m., my friends and I were outside listening to music.
As I was looking at my friend, I was able to see what I thought was a plane on fire. I asked my friends what was it, and that's when we were able to tell it was no plane or no fire.

It was orange lights close together. While we were looking at it, the lights spread apart and then went close back together and just disappeared. We found it to be real strange.

After about 10 minutes. We noticed about 6 lights flickering. After further observation, we were able to see the lights were at the tips of a triangle. It was coming from the direction of the previous orange UFO we had just seen.

I was able to call my whole family and we all witnessed it. Everyone was scared. As we were fallowing the triangle as furthest as we can, we noticed it was hovering towards what seemed to be a bright star. But stars do not turn on and off like this one was doing.

It would make great sense to me if the first orange UFO was a single man extraterrestrial aircraft that had been loaded on to the triangular UFO, which then flew towards the mother ship. I know it sounds crazy, but we all know what we seen.

I can't find nothing about it on the news or Facebook and its kind of irritating because I don't want to be the only one writing about it on Facebook and have all my friends think I'm crazy.

I'm not scared at all, as I am a believer in the ancient astronaut theory. I just want to know the truth already.

I give you permission to send this letter or show it to whomever you may have to, to get answers. I also have a video on my phone of the triangle UFO lights. You can't see much, but I'm sure if you can enhance the videos quality somehow,  you will definitely be able to see it.

Four Red Lights Flying Over San Diego California

I just saw four red lights south east of San Diego.

They formed a rectangle. The two lower lights moved to the upper right light then those three disappeared.

The fourth/upper left light traveled higher into the sky and slowly faded away.

Orange Light Falling From The Sky Over San Diego California

Just around 12:05 a.m. January 1, 2013 my family and I noticed a orange object falling from the sky.

We thought it was a plane or meteor, but then the orange light turned off and the object changed direction mid flight and went up then straight down and then disappeared.

I have never seen nothing like it. It was definitely not a man made device I have ever seen in the sky.

4 Red/Orange Lights Spotted In The Sky Over San Diego California

Hi, my name is (name removed) and I live in San Diego Ca. I am writing  in to you because my girlfriend and myself saw what sounds like the same type of lights.

The time was around 12:15 a.m. on Jan. 1/2013. I was standing out in front of my house when I saw these 4 red/orange lights moving from the east to north/east in a perfect vertical line one on top of the other.

It was kind of trippy, so yelled at my girlfriend to come out, as she came out we watched them go from a vertical line into a box formation with the top one and the 2nd to the bottom moving to are left and making the box form.

Then after they did that, 3 of them made a triangle shape with the fourth one just disappearing  and then the three of them doing the same about 30 seconds later. Now this entire thing lasted about 2 maybe 3 min and it seemed kind of strange so I thought I would check online to see if anyone else saw it to.

Witnesses Watch As They See Fire In The Sky Over El Cajon Blvd San Diego California (Navy LeapFrog Parachuting Team)

Brian, we were strolling down 58th and El Cajon Blvd and we saw exactly what the other person saw.

We were terrified and convinced it was a passenger plane that caught fire in flight. I couldn't bare to keep looking at it, but my husband did and he said he saw what could have possibly have been one of it’s engines falling off.

It looked to me like a very close comet.

We researched it as best we could, did not come up with anything conclusive. It's possible it had something to do with the Holiday Bowl held in Mission Valley.

Bright White Objects Traveling Downward Seen From Point Loma San Diego

Time:  Approx: 6:45 p.m.

My name is (name removed). please give me a call (phone number removed). I was in Point Loma about to get in my car at around 6:45 p.m. and drive home to normal heights when I saw what I thought was an airplane with streaking lights coming off the back.

So my next guess was a blimp because of the holiday bowl and I thought I was just seeing the lights of the side panel on the blimp, until it broke apart and a piece came off with a fireball coming off the end of it until it just stopped in mid air.

It glowed bright white and the other part of it now looked the same. They were sort of hovering there and slowly moving straight downward, not like a plane at an angle, but straight down.

Then out of nowhere a third light showed up, didn't see it coming in or out, just bam, there it was.

They all started traveling downward until they ducked out of sight behind a tree line. So the next part is what's really weird. I was guessing they were coming from the stadium area to the northeast of me.

On my way home going east on the 8 I was looking to the right where airport traffic was in full effect and I saw to planes. One had blinking lights and it was moving, a normal plane, the other had no blinking lights and was just hovering there.

I couldn't just stop on the freeway, so I kept going, then I circled back around through uptown trying to find it by another vantage point, but never found it again.

I was really hoping I’d find someone else who could validate this experience and my brother's girlfriend found your blog post. Crazy world.

Meteor Falls Out Of The Sky Seen Towards San Diego California

I was heading south on the 15 freeway heading towards San Diego.

It was 6:15 a.m. on December 27, 2012. I witnessed a object come into the atmosphere, it fell a few seconds then a big poof and it fell at a angle fast, but the light behind it as it fell was huge and super bright!

I have never seen a meteor fall like that and it was huge. Anybody driving saw it. I will never forget what I saw!

2 Bright Circular Lights Made A U Turn Seen From Clairemont Northern San Diego

Time:  Between 6:45 p.m. - 6:50 p.m.

Hello, yesterday evening between 6:45 p.m. - 6:50 p.m., my boyfriend and I were driving on Kearny Villa Road towards Clairemont.

We looked up and saw what we thought was a small flying object on fire because it had flames trailing it as it flew forward for about 10 seconds.

The object then immediately took a nose dive and we thought we were going to see a crash, but then the object leveled out completely and began to hover. 2 bright circular lights then appeared and I flipped a U-turn out of fear. 

My boyfriend looked out of his window and confirmed the bright blue light that I could see in my side mirror.  He also noted the 3 lights seem to form a triangle before vanishing.

I am beyond baffled and would love to know what was going on last night. It should also be noted that there were many helicopters and planes flying towards these lights as this occurred (this was very close to Miramar Air Base).

I saw it walking home from a restaurant. I was just south of El Cajon Blvd. and just west of college. I have two words, Holiday Bowl. 

That is where it looked like it came from even before I thought of the bowl in the valley.

Object With Flames Shooting Out The Back Over San Diego California

Hi there, I can confirm this sighting. I was glancing out the window (facing east), when I saw the flames shooting out the back of what I thought was a Jet. Flame plume was really quite long in length.

I watched it as long as could approximately (20 seconds), before it disappeared behind a tree, I'm on the second floor of an Apartment it was moving from south to north toward the stadium.

I never saw it change direction, but I did turn on the local news to see where the "plane" crashed, nothing, there was nothing on the news.

Also, I only saw  just the one plane, or what ever it was. Could it have been a meteor?

Twin Cessna Aircraft And Zig Zagging Two Bright Balls Of Light Over University

Time:  Approx: 6:55 p.m.

I was riding my bicycle Eastbound on Adams Avenue in University Heights, San Diego CA, (Was at about 30th and Adams)

Suddenly I saw a very bright light in the sky, It appeared at first to be a twin Cessna aircraft with the left engine failing, a very, very large stream of fire and sparks was following behind the plane, it appeared that it was slowing down to make a crash landing. 

About 20 seconds later, it appeared as if the aircraft had dropped the stream of sparks and it formed into a very, very large fireball, (about 10 times the size of the aircraft from my perception). 

Suddenly the aircraft was nowhere to be seen, and another fireball of a slightly different color appeared, just as large just as bright, both balls of lights started moving erratically and in zig zag pattern before burning out of view.

I tried to contact San Diego Emergency Information Office, and they had no reports, also tried the FFA, was given the San Diego Dispatch Office Number, with no answer.

Can someone please figure out what that was thank you.

At exactly the same time my friend and I were walking down El Cajon Blvd headed towards college Ave. When we saw the fireball/golden comet looking object.

My first thought was the same as yours, a crashing plane, but then it separated from what appeared be a small plane or helicopter. The movements were too controlled to be anything just falling.

It stopped hovered. moved towards again then went diagonally. I've never seen anything like it and I really want to know what it was.

Witness Observes Airplane And Behind A Fireball With Trail Over University Heights San Diego California

Time:  6:45 p.m. – 6:50 p.m.

Hi, I was walking a client out of my office tonight because it was dark, almost 7:00 p.m., maybe like 6:45 p.m./6:50 p.m. and as I was waving goodbye.

I looked up and saw this plane, and then behind it this object moving with a fireball trail coming from behind it. I thought OMG, is that a plane on fire? Then it started going the other direction and then looked like it was heading towards earth.

I thought maybe it’s a meteor or shooting star. So I was walking up the street trying to see it fall from the sky.

There is a taller building that was obstructing my view and when
I started to pass it, there were two less tall buildings and in the opening I saw 2 huge circular white bright object/lights hovering low in the sky.

Looked very similar to the circular UFO shapes we see in movies etc., I was freaking out! Couldn't believe what I was seeing and I thought, no one is going to believe me.

So I ran back to my office to grab my phone to take video.

I was gone like 15/30 seconds and when I came back and they were gone.

I stopped a guy on the street and said did you just see that. He said no, so I was telling him when another woman came and said you saw it too. I said yes, and then she said the same thing as me except she saw 3 not 2.

Was the craziest thing I have ever seen. BTW, I was in Park BLVD and Meade in University Heights.

Small Spark Then Large Fireball With Red Blinking Lights At The Head Seen Over San Diego California

My family and I saw this as well. I saw it begin with a small spark then a large fireball.

We thought it was a crashing plane because there were red blinking lights at the head.

It first nose dived then leveled out. It dropped one of the fireballs and then a few seconds later the second one. It appeared that a helicopter or plane flew away as the two fireballs began to glide downward in a spiral pattern.

This appeared too controlled to be debris from a plane on fire.

Two Fireballs Moved Slowly Zig Zagging Across The Sky Over Witnessed Over San Diego California

Hello, I've been looking for someone to post about the two fireballs over San Diego, California at 6:55 p.m. 27 December 2012.

I was on Friars road driving east bound and I saw two massive fire balls moving slowly in the sky.

Both fireballs were low in altitude and they zig zagged and cross paths one in front of the other, slowly moving. Each fireball had a short tail in following it. 

I've never seen anything like this before, it was amazing!

Red/Blue Light Speeding Across The Sky Shooting Flames Of It Over San Diego California

While driving home and merging from the 15N to the 94E at Market St. I noticed what looked to be at first glance a plane on fire or one large shooting star.

There looked to be a red and a blue light that was speeding across the sky horizontally then changing direction headed for the ground and  then all of the sudden, it thrusted straight up and then horizontal again all along shooting flames that sparkled.

It was accompanied by what looked to be two other planes or a helicopter. The fire or flames that were shooting out of while it was flying about were incredible.
