Orange Light Moving Slowly Across The Sky Over Berkeley California

Date:  February 14, 2013
Time:  9:30 p.m.

Jogging through Berkeley at 9:30 p.m. last night I saw a orange light moving slowly across the upper atmosphere.

I thought it must be plane, but several students stopped on the street to wonder about it also.

We considered satellites and comets. It stayed in the sky for about two minutes.

Three Red Lights Moving Slowly Across The Sky Over Sacramento California

Date:  February 3, 2013
Time:  Evening.

Outside this evening seeing guests off after the Super Bowl and observed three red lights moving very slowly apparently somewhere over downtown Sacramento. 

I watched them for 10 minutes as they moved from west to east. Each light appeared to extinguish separately within minutes of each other. 

I'm sure this will be widely reported due the time.  Probably a very plausible explanation.

Two Fireballs Moved Slowly Zig Zagging Across The Sky Over Witnessed Over San Diego California

Hello, I've been looking for someone to post about the two fireballs over San Diego, California at 6:55 p.m. 27 December 2012.

I was on Friars road driving east bound and I saw two massive fire balls moving slowly in the sky.

Both fireballs were low in altitude and they zig zagged and cross paths one in front of the other, slowly moving. Each fireball had a short tail in following it. 

I've never seen anything like this before, it was amazing!

Red/Orange Object Rose Slowly Over Long Island New York

Time:  Approx: 10:00 p.m.

I was standing in my yard last night in queens NY at around 10:00 p.m. when I saw a reddish/orange glowing light slowly rising what looked like over Long Beach. It rose for about a minute and a half, curved a bit and slowly faded out.

I waited about 20 minutes fixed on that spot in the sky but it never reappeared. I am a private pilot and can tell the difference between planes and helicopters as they have the green and red navigation lights on the wings as well as strobes.

This was just a single orange/red light which in no way resembled any aircraft I have seen. It was too high for a helicopter and was definitely not a plane.

Was wondering if anyone else saw this. There is alot of air traffic in queens as JFK airport is on the south shore of Long Island, but I see planes/helicopters all the time and this was neither one.

Bright Object Traveling Slowly Over Lake Elsinore California

Time:  Evening.

 

Last night (4-9-2012) over Lake Elsinore, California. I downloaded a satellite locator app.

 

I was outside trying it out, I saw a very bright light in the sky moving very slowly it, and made no noise, it's slowly dimed and disappeared. I never seen nothing like it.
