Time: Evening.
Last night (4-9-2012) over Lake Elsinore, California. I downloaded a satellite locator app.
I was outside trying it out, I saw a very bright light in the sky moving very slowly it, and made no noise, it's slowly dimed and disappeared. I never seen nothing like it.

Just sent in my e-mail. But my sighting was lso in lake elsinore 9/18/2012. I live near the SkyDiving area.
