Approximately 11:20 p.m. I was outside my home standing in driveway, looking to the NW, and saw this large "red ball" in the sky. Watched it for a good minute or so till it was out of my sight.

I live in Virginia and at 10:45 PM 2/15/2013 I let my dog out. First thing I see is this bright, glowing red ball moving east quickly. Knew it wasnt a meteor due to no tail. It slowed, pulsed from red to gold then back to red then started moving north. I ran inside to get the wife as a witness. We both watched untill it passed behind some clouds and was gone. It was not plane, not a chinease lantern, not ball lightning, etc. After searching I found 3 were also seen over London today.
Im in waukee iowa just saw a red ball of light in the sky then landed in flames in the field for 5 seconds
saw a bright red ball in sky, fizzled then got bigger then faded out (4 seconds) 2 minutes later the same thing again... fell straight from sky no sound, silent. 6/16/2013 9pm Cumberland Md
I just saw a brilliantly bright red ball that look liked it was on fire... I thought maybe it was a distant star so I went inside to grab my phone to open the application Google Sky to determine its exact location in the sky above.... it was so beautiful and mesmerizing I also grabbed my wife... when we came back out onto the balcony to look at it... it has disappeared! Did anyone else see this tonight at proximately 6:35 p.m. Eastern Standard Time in the Cocoa Beach area?
I saw a bright red ball, no tail or fading out, just a bright red ball falling from the sky in long beach Ca. last night. Didn't note the time but think it was around 8 pm. Didn't hear any sound. It went out of view due to trees etc. expected to hear a crashing sound when it hit., but heard nothing.
