Time: 12:55 a.m.
Location of Sighting: Mesa, Arizona.
Number of witnesses: 3
Number of objects: 1
Shape of objects: looked like a star but smaller and a bit of a blue tint.
Full Description of event/sighting: As we were looking at the full moon I looked straight up and saw 2 stars. To the right (West) of the stars there was a bluish light that was moving. At first I thought it might be a plane but it looked as though it was too high and small to be a plane. Then I noticed that it was moving erratically like a bug. It was circling around then going in one direction before going back in a different direction. I saw it first and brought it to the attention of the two others I was with. With no video camera for proof, I came inside to do some internet research to find out what it could be. I did not think it could be a satellite or anything explainable.
