Time: Evening.
Message: On Monday before last, I saw a unusually bright light moving extremely slowly over New Jersey (not a plane blimp or chopper).
It moved towards Philadelphia, then it got about 200 feet away from me. I saw a double row of reddish lights, arranged in a V pattern; six on top of six; each light recognizable; this was a craft. It was so close I could see it clearly (although not the superstructure because it was dark). No other planes were observed that night;very unusual. Did not have time to use my Handycam as it moved on when I was ready. Length about 100 feet, height maybe 50 feet and small thing moving at at 100 feet altitude like it was scared of nothing.
