The report sets the time at Sunset. I was on a bridge in the keys at around 2 in the morning or later on March 6, 2005 heading out of Key West. I saw the "Flickering" thing in the sky over the ocean. I'm surprised someone else experienced the same thing.
Just thought I would comment on this.
