Time: Approx: 7:50 p.m.
I saw an object tonight while driving in Camarillo/Oxnard. I was on East Fifth street heading back toward the 101 to get back to the Conejo Valley area.
I was in the back seat of my parents car and noticed while looking south toward the ocean, just above the mountain line, towards the tall tower in the distance with blinking red lights.
To the left of this tower, I saw a small orange circular light. I thought it was a very bright close star. But it was slowly moving. It had no visible blinking lights to be an airplane.
I then thought it was a flare or maybe fireworks, but no smoke trail or explosion of lights, under /around it.
It continued to rise very slowly and then disappeared. Today is 5/8/2012 and the time I saw it was around 7:50 pm. In total it was about 30 seconds -1 minute of observing this.

i live in camarillo on lewis rd and i have seen the exact lights there orange and and they move very slowly and they seem to be moving up and down and i have seen them in the sky for two weeks now and what is really odd is that there are allot of military aircraft that are flying around them in the same area that the lights are at first i knew that they weren't satellites and they didn't have the lights that military or normal planes and i try to see if i can see them every night i also saw the lights in Simi valley. and i happened to hear about the canadian minister video on Facebook and i watched it i have always enjoyed watching the science channel and i believe in extra terrestrial life and i also lived in az and i lived in surprise az next to the luke air force base and my family and i spotted a ufo and we followed it to the white tank mountains and it disappeared after a mountain peek got in the way i live close to point magu another navy air-force base and i know that there was not that much activity in the sky since the lights were there and it seems like the lights are getting closer and closer today is July 8,2013
