Saw strange circling light above clouds. Northwest of Waterbury CT. 9/23/14 at 9:30 p.m. 4 witnesses.
Very similar to your sighting. Never seen something like that before.

Just saw a light above the sky circling around the same place.I was driving and it was right above my vehicle on my way home from work. I'm sure the light followed me all the way home. My husband tried to take a picture but his camera did not work. It stayed for about an hour. And when my husband went to check it out again, it was still and it just suddenly took off.
