On January 8th, 2013 at around 9:00 p.m. I was pulling out of a parking lot on South Winchester Blvd near Williams Road in San Jose and saw, at first what I thought was the big dipper, 4 "stars" shining very brightly.
They were an amber color which I thought was odd. I watched them for about 30 seconds and one of the lights faded out. I had to continue driving because there was a car behind me.
So I went to the first light, made a U-turn and went back to the spot where I saw the lights.
They were completely gone. There were no clouds in the sky.

My sons jacob and gianni and i were in the rite aid parking lot on payne n winchester a block away from were was mentioned in that article at exact same time an we saw the 4 amber lights . they came to a stop it appeared n they took off in different directions real fast.there was no clouds in the sky n we saw them for like 20 seconds . i tried to take a pic with my phone but couldnt find them on my screen ... Only time in my life ive ever seen anything worth reporting...there were several others in same lot who also saw them. they were definatly some kind of objects with amber colored lights and they were traveling together... came to a halt it appeared then 2 went one way one seemed to vanish an other went other way which was east.
