Red/Orange Colored Objects Seen Hovering In The Sky Over Las Cruces New Mexico

Me and my girlfriend are in Las Cruces, New Mexico and we looked out the window to see some fireworks, then I notice 2 red/orange balls of light in the air.
It was more red then orange, it also looked like the light was flickering.

I my phone camera wouldn't work at the time as it has problems I guess, but the red light on the right looked like it was orbiting behind the one on the left. Then it became 1, and 20 seconds later it was gone and we looked to our left only to see 4 more, 3 were in formation and the fourth was in formation too.

Then it started going up and up and up until it was gone. It kind of looked like it just faded away after it kept going up, and then the next one went up after that one and after that the other 2 kind of went up a little bit and just vanished.

The first on that was over the three in formation went up into the sky and faded away like a shooting star, but I promise you this was no shooting star. Just giving you an example of how it left, but I witness this last night many probably won't believe me, but me and my girl know what we saw.

The feeling was just unrealistic and kind of freaky, that was no firework, shooting star, or military aircraft, this thing was hovering.

Flash Of Blue/Green Light Seen In The Sky Between California To Las Vegas

I had also witnessed this same thing last night while driving back into Las Vegas from California during this past holiday weekend. It occurred about 1:20 a.m. when we were at the St. Rose Pkwy. exit and the I-15.

A flash of a blue/green light lit up the sky and my brother who was with me happened to look up a little bit and noticed some sort of small glowing green object that looked like what he described as a missile shoot off in the distance as it left a smoke/con trail.

I looked up and saw the same trail, but then it seemed to disappear after about a few seconds. I have been looking around the internet to see if anybody posted something regarding this sighting which occurred last night on Saturday 11/25/2012 but have yet to find anything.

Green Object/Light Flew Eight Feet Above Ladies Home In North Las Vegas Nevada

This morning at 2:00 a.m. I had experienced a green orb light. I had done some research which led me to this article. Strange thing it was approximately 2:00 a.m. when I seen it, it was 8 feet over me and my home. I am in North Las Vegas.

I was so scared I opened my door and yelled for my husband, but by the time he got to the door, the light that was moving was gone. I find it odd that someone else has seen the same exact type of green orb.

Red And White Lights Flew Over Las Vegas

I saw the grouping of lights at about 8:00 p.m. tonight. I was heading east on Charleston.

They were very bright red and white and moving downward slowly.

Then one would move quickly going toward the north and stop. I was up on Charleston and Torrey Pines when I first noticed the lights in the sky and by the time I got down to Rancho to get a better look at them, they had all vanished.

It was very strange.

Boomerang Shaped UFO Seen In The Sky Over Las Vegas Nevada

Hi there, I wanted to inform you of something I witnessed the evening of April 21, 2012 at approximately midnight in Las Vegas.

 

A group of us were on a roof patio and looked up and witnessed a boomerang shaped object moving slowly and silently through the sky. It had no lights, and continued in one direction very slowly until it was no longer visible.

 

Similar to the sighting in Texas that I read (the same night).

Long Thin Black UFO Seen The Sky Over North Las Vegas Nevada

Full Description of Event/Sighting: It was black and long, thin and curved in on itself and bent back to its regular shape. It had two strobe lights on the front sides of it.

 

I was told it was in the sky, and I looked up and saw it, and I couldn't stop staring at it. It was too long to be a bird/plane, too dark to be a shadow, and I had to go inside so I never saw what happened to it, but there was a lot of air crafts in the sky at the time, so more people must of saw it.

7 Red Colored Lights/Objects Seen In The Sky From North Las Vegas Nevada

 

Date:  April 6, 2012

Time:  9:30 p.m.

 

Number of witnesses: 2

Number of Objects: About 7.

Shape of Objects: Red dots in night sky, like stars.

 

Full Description of Event/Sighting: We were headed back to our car in the parking lot and spotted a cluster of very slowly moving red star-like objects.

 

We watched for a moment, and they did not appear to change color or flash in any manner (as a helicopter light would), only seemed to head in the direction of north at an extremely slow pace.

 

Three of the objects were in a large triangle shaped flying pattern. The other 4 or so were trailing behind in an un-patterned cluster. As I got out my phone to take a picture, a few of the objects had already disappeared.

 

The group of three seemed to not move for a moment of time then slowly began to move again and then dissipate. This happened at the edge of North Las Vegas as you enter into the Mountainous desert region.

Blue Ball Of Light With Tail Seen In The Sky Over Las Vegas Nevada

I just got off of work around 10:40 p.m. here in Las Vegas and I saw the same thing fly over me going south a little lower then a helicopter would be flying, but there was no noise and all of a sudden it vanished.

Bright Green Light Falling From The Sky Over Las Cruces New Mexico

Just saw a bright green light falling. It was bright green and disappeared as it got closer to the ground. Kind of like a falling star, but lasted much longer and was very close and very green.

 

I've seen many falling stars and meteor showers and none looked like this.

Green Object With Tail Changes Direction West Of Las Cruces New Mexico

 

Date:  March 16, 2008

Time:  Approx: 3:15 a.m.

 

Location: About mile marker 110 on I-10 west of Las Cruces NM looking in a northerly direction.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: My friend was driving, I was in the passenger seat and my sister was sitting right behind me and we were westbound toward Deming NM on March 16, 2008 at about 3:15 a.m.

 

The moon was waxing about 60% and it was a scattered cloudy night. Something caught my eye out the passenger window toward the north. I saw a whitish/ green object with a green tail dropping below the broken cloud cover at an angle of about 30 degrees and headed in a westerly direction.

 

The object was flickering in intensity and I saw small white light fragments breaking away and dropping out below it.

 

I said oh, oh, oh, and was pointing toward it when the green light disappeared, my sister and friend looked where I was pointing. The green object appeared again, but brighter then before. The object had changed direction and as it started to climb in altitude it start to accelerate.

 

The tail looked like a green streak looked like a special effect from the movie Tron and didn’t look like anything burning, but like it was bleeding off steadily.

 

By this time all of us were staring at the object. It was now visible through the front windshield of the truck by me and it was rising at an angle of about 30 degrees.

 

Just before it reached cloud cover there was a whitish flash and then it started slowing down and dropping altitude again, but this time at a stepper angle.

 

The object was flickering in intensity then the light just went out. This all took place with in a span of 6 or 7 seconds.

Bright Blue Light Streaks Across The Sky Over Las Vegas Nevada

Time:  Evening.

 

I witnessed a bright blue light streak across the Las Vegas sky. I'm not sure how long ago it was, possibly a couple of weeks ago. It moved to fast to be a plane, but too slow to be a meteor. I was driving so I took my eyes off of it for a couple of seconds and looked back to find it was gone.

 

My wife was sitting in the passenger and saw the same thing.

Intense Bright Blue Light Seen Over Las Cruces New Mexico

Time:  10:00 p.m.

 

December 6, 2012 at 10:00 p.m. I saw a really intense blue light coming from the SW in Las Cruces, NM. It was too far to be an airplane, flare, weather balloon, or satellite.

 

The object stayed stationary, but changed colors to a different hue over time.

 

It was more bright than all the other stars in the sky at this time.

Lights In A Triangular Formation Over Las Vegas Nevada

 

Date:  April 4th 2011

Time:  Evening.

 

I was out on my patio when I looked up and saw a bright light in the sky, after some close observation I realized it was nothing I have ever seen before. I asked my wife to come take a look and she agreed that the color change was very different from any other plane or helicopter we have ever seen.

I grabbed my camera and took about 2 seconds of film before the battery died. I then grabbed my laptop and 720p HD web cam and recorded it for 1/2 hour.

 

After reviewing the recording I remembered that I had tried to film it with my phone and didn't switch over to video so I snapped a picture, that I found to be better than the film because it shows that it was not 1 light, but 3 in what seems to be a triangle form.

Objects Dispensing Brown Contrails Over I-15 North Of Las Vegas

Full Description of Event/Sighting: I was headed northbound on I-15, north of Las Vegas, when I noticed a small dot in the sky leaving a dark, brownish contrail in it’s path. The object then disappeared only to be replaced by another dot, of similar likeness also leaving the same contrail. This object disappeared too.

I then came upon an accident involving a family of Asian descent and a white male. I pulled over to assist them and was joined by another motorist and a truck driver who were amazed by what we were seeing in the sky. However, they were reluctant to discuss it as (I think) it put them outside their comfort zone.

We called the authorities, helped secure the scene and, since there were no injuries, I continued on my way.

Northern Las Vegas Nevada USA Two Jet Fighters Chase UFO

Date: Summer time early 1990's
Time: Approx: 8:00 p.m.

Location of Sighting: Northern Las Vegas, Nevada
Number of witnesses: 1
Number of Objects: 1 UFO chased by two jet fighters.
Shape of Objects: Apparently triangular, to tell by the configuration of lights.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: I was out in our backyard on Steinbeck Drive, close to Nellis AFB where my husband worked at the time. I heard the sound of jet fighters and looked up. Two jets were chasing or trailing a UFO right overhead in northerly direction.

I could not see it's outline against the darkening sky and could only recognize the jets by their sound and their lights. The UFO appeared to be roughly three jets wide and two long so it was not a huge craft. I could tell it was a UFO and likely triangular by the fairly large faint green circular lights. A row of three in back and one in front.

As the planes and craft disappeared out of sight I could see the lights of the jets longer than the green lights of the UFO because they gave off a faint glow more than a bright light.

This was my first sighting. Back in the fifties in The Netherlands my father witnessed a silver cigar shape craft very high against a clear blue sky. Out of it came 7 small round crafts that stayed nearby for a while, then shot back into the cigar and suddenly vanished.

I live in Colorado now and about 4 years ago in Fall I stood out in our back yard looking up at the clear night sky. It was close to 1:00am and suddenly I noticed what seemed a formation of about five dark shapes very high up moving from the north to the south.

The formation or a V-shaped form moved very rapidly and it gave me the chills. I figured it could have been geese flying in the dark, but normally they do make sounds and it was quiet. I also think that geese move more slowly. It really did spook me and I quickly went back inside. I wonder why it had such an effect on me.

Las Cruces, New Mexico Round Bright Light

Weather Conditions: Clear unlimited ceiling.

Description: Slow and low flying 200' above Las Cruses airport on vector towards White Sands Missile range/Hicks AFB at a distance from me of less than two nautical miles. What I thought was an aircraft on the wrong traffic pattern for approach and way to low for initial. The light was as bright as being in the direct path of the landing light. It suddenly and violently serpentined while accelerating, within 1-1/2 seconds passed me and climbed straight up and out of our atmosphere within 6 seconds. In the three years I had spent at Agurri Springs researching and surveying a 1951 plane crash, after seeing again the attempts they were making trying to approach the military installation I found myself kinda chuckle after this event, asking myself what did they expect.
