I saw the same thing someone else saw, and it was exactly like you explained it and I thought I was going crazy too please message me back to confirm I am contacting the right person.

Additional Information:

I saw it around 10:00 p.m. and on April 1st 2015. I live in west Carrollton, Ohio.

It was a green streak falling from the sky in the dead of night, but before it disappeared it flashed and vanished.

Blue Colored Object/Light Streaks Across The Sky Over Colorado

Date:  March 11, 2015
Time:  Evening.

People in Colorado saw a blue streak across the sky going horizontally from East to West and then disappeared near the foothills.

This was on March 11, 2015.

No one knows what it was.

Meteor Streaks Through The Sky Over San Francisco Bay Area Northern California

Blue Object Streaks Through The Night Sky Over Tabernacle New Jersey (Fireball/Meteor)

Time:  Between 7:45 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.

We saw a blue streak between 7:45 and 8:00 last night. We don't know exact time. We were on old Indian Mills Rd, Tabernacle, NJ. Heading south, we saw it go from east to west. Triangular shape, was blue, then disappeared.

Bright Blue Light Streaks Across The Sky Over Garden State Parkway New Jersey

Hello, we are driving on the Garden State parkway and at 8:00 pm at approximately exit 60 we saw a bright blue light streak across the sky. It was huge.

It then turned green and bright white and disappeared. It was not a shooting star.

Bright Light Streaks Across The Sky Seen Over The Bay Area Northern California

Time:  5:20 a.m.

I saw a bright light streak across the sky this morning at 5:20 a.m. in the bay area northern California.

I've never seen anything like it. Bright like lightning and left a streak in the sky that faded slowly like over 10 seconds.

It was amazing. It happened so fast I could not tell what direction it traveled. The fading line was amazingly perfectly straight. Regards.

Yes it does sound like one. (meaning meteor as I suggested it could be) I have seen them my whole life. This one was so intense with such a long lasting trail that I was in shock.

 

I was afraid Mt Diablo was about to explode or something. It was so bright and big and fast I thought to myself no way that was a meteor.

 

I don't spook easily. This was spooky. Thanks. Glad to share with someone who cares!

Bright Green/Blue Object With Trail Streaks Through The Night Sky Over Clifton New Jersey

My boyfriend picked me up from work and he told me with such amazement about this bright green/blue light that appeared in the sky in Clifton NJ on Rt 3 while he was heading east at 6:34 p.m.

He said it was moving north to south. He said it almost looked like it was disintegrating falling from the sky at a 45 degree angle kind of like a firework with embers falling.

He said that the tip was like a cone with a trail of light. He said as it was moving it looked like it burst and then disappeared. He said it was the most amazing thing he has ever seen. 

I then tried to look it up on the Internet and came across your site it seems to be the only one talking about it. He was happy when I told him that there were other people that saw the same thing that he did.

We are wondering what it was any ideas please let us know!

Bright Green Light Streaks Through The Sky Over Lodi California

I have totally been searching for any stories on what I saw and ran across this blog. I live in Lodi, CA.

At about the same time, just before dark, I saw a very bright light that did streak from east to west.

It did look like it was falling from my perspective too. The light that I saw was very green, but maybe your perspective was different due to angles of sunlight etc.

Bright Green Ball Streaks Across The Sky Over San Jose California

I saw a bright green ball streak across the the sky above San Jose on Snell  Ave and Braham. I was going to Safeway to do some shopping. My friend said it was white. I said "no" it was green, we were both right.

Oh, there was a police helicopter later around 9:00 p.m. going in circles for 30 minutes over Blossom Hill and Snell. Now I know I do not know what it was. Do you?

Streaks Of Light Seen In The Sky Over Marshfield Wisconsin

I saw two bright streaks in the sky west of Marshfield Wisconsin. 

The other was a cloudlike streak looking to be coming down towards earth. All three of the objects were seen about 5:00 p.m. tonight. 

The two streaks appeared after the other thing disappeared. One streak was more south

I suppose then west. This is weird.

Orange Glowing Object With Tail Streaks Across The Sky Over O'Fallon Missouri

Date:  November 7, 2012
Time:  10:20 p.m. - 10:25 p.m.

I live on the south side of O'Fallon, MO by Winghaven Golf Course. I was letting my dog out at about 10:20-25 pm. As I step out on the porch and look north I notice something streaking across the sky horizontal to the ground.

It only took a second or two to go across the sky. It glowed orange and left a streak of an orange tail behind it. Seemed to be propelled like a rocket, but it was moving at an incredible speed. It didn't appear to be that high off the ground - low flying.

I called the O'Fallon, MO police to report it at about 10:35 p.m. That can most likely be confirmed. They gave me an 866 phone number that was connected to the FAA I believe, but I didn't follow up and call that number.

Large Ball Of Light Streaks Across The Sky Over Palos Verdes California

Time:  Approx: 9:15 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.

There was another large ball of light that went streaking across the sky last night about 9:15 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.. My brother-in-law and I both saw the same thing and he lives a few streets away from me.

We also had the same reaction, both of us leaping off the couch and running to the window. We live in the area above the Trump Golf Course. There is a large vessel parked in the water where we think there was a point of entry.

It has been there for many hours now without moving. Maybe it is a research vessel of some sort.

Two Neon Blue Streaks Of Light Fall From The Sky Over Reno Nevada

Hello, I came across your experience in a Google search. I live in Reno, NV and between 8:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. I saw two bright, almost neon, blue streaks fly across the sky.

It went okay an angle from top right to bottom left like it was falling down. It was long and went fast. Nothing like meteors I've seen before. Is that like what you saw? It scared me. I am in Cold Springs, so I am about a half hour north of Reno and I saw the streaks westward. Have you found what they are? Thanks

Two Bright Yellow Streaks Hovered Above Witnesses At Atlantic Beach North Carolina

Brian, I read online that some woman in Maryland saw 2 yellow streaks in. Well a buddy and I saw the exact same thing in Atlantic Beach, NC.

 

One night we were out on the porch approximately 1:30 a.m. and two bright yellow streaks hovered over us slowly, and then shot off rapidly going out towards the Atlantic ocean.

Object Moved Emitting Sparks Or Streaks Of Fire Over Huntington Beach California

Time:  11:28 p.m.

 

Hello, I saw what I believe is the same thing you’ve been seeing. This sighting occurred at 11:28 pm on October 2, 2004 in Huntington Beach, CA. I took two camera shots, that’s how I know the exact time. 

A friend was outside smoking a cigarette and we all joined here. There was an orange sodium street light behind us and my friend said, “what is that?”

We thought she meant the street light, the object was similar in color. 

At first she thought it was the light, but then it started moving and emitting what looked like sparks or streaks of fire.

This object was very high in the sky, the color of fire and larger then surrounding stars. 

It moved from north to south paralleling the coast. It would move and then stop and emit several orange streaks, move further south, stop and emit more orange streaks.

This was not a meteorite, as Stan Deyo said they might be last night on Coast to Coast. I believe I saw the same thing you saw and it’s been going on for close to 10 years. I go out an look from time to time, but I’ve never seen it again.
