Orange Lights Over The Rochester New York Area

My husband and I both witnessed orange lights traveling in a linear path over Rochester area on 7/4/14 around 10:00 p.m.

We saw them twice in a series of 3-4 lights traveling west-southwest to east-northeast.

Red/Orange Light In The Sky Over The Conway Area Of Orlando Florida

I saw a red/orange light in the sky tonight. It went west to south and turned up and slowly disappeared.

I went in the house and got my wife and daughter, they both saw the same thing.

I am located about 5 miles north of the airport. This all happened about 8:30 p.m. this evening.

Two Red Lights Seen In The Sky Over The Los Angeles California Area

Date:  February 14, 2013
Time:  Approx: 9:30 p.m.

We saw something similar to the report of two lights over Van Nuys see last night. Except my sighting was at around 9:30 p.m. rather then 11:00 p.m.. 

I live in the High Desert of Southern California and the event I am about to describe was west of us over the Los Angeles area.

They were two red objects that were pulsating orange and red. One disappeared and reappeared on the horizon above the San Gabriel mountains.

It then zig-zagged back up to the other objects location. The Object that stayed in place slowly faded out all while pulsating. About a minute after that the second faded out the same way.

That was about the time that Air Traffic started entering the air space from LAX flying east.

These two objects that I saw were stationary other than the movement the one performed. The two objects did not perform like any aircraft I have ever seen, and I have seen and watched a lot of aircraft.

I always have my eyes on the sky when I am outside, I note air traffic and types of planes. These two objects did not have standard NAV lights on, which are red, green and white with a white strobe.

Long Bright Light Lit The Entire Sky And Area Over Emmaus Pennsylvania

I too saw thus very long bright light in the sky in 1-22-13 at 12:15 a.m. in the area of Emmaus, Pennsylvania while I was traveling home from work. 

It was like a shooting star, but it lit up the sky for about 1/2 a mile and was very wide and it only lasted a few seconds and was gone. Awesome sight to see.

Bright Blue Light Lit Up The Area And Sky Over Carbondale Jackson County Illinois

I saw the same flash. I was heading into Carbondale and it happened at roughly 11:55 p.m., because I remember looking at my dash clock and thinking it was just before midnight.

I have no clue what it was, but it lit up the sky. I don't think it was a transformer blowing.

Object/Light Was Neon Green In Color And Shooting Across The Sky Seen West Of Carlin Nevada (Area Blocked Off)

On 01/15/2013 I was traveling west bound 20 miles west of Carlin Nevada. It was 5:30 p.m. on my way to work.

I seen something that resembled a shooting star, but it was somewhat daylight.

I watched it fall all the way to the horizon. It was bright, almost neon green and have seen nothing like it before.

I was telling the guys at work about it and one of the guys I work with said, his wife who lives at Boise Idaho seen something hit the ground and was glowing bright blue at almost the same time I seen it go across the sky.

It was his last nightshift and was heading back to Boise the next day. I had him check it out and he said the whole area was blocked off and there was a excavating crew on site and has been there for 3 days.

I have tried to Google for more information and come up with nothing. I need to know what this is. I hope you can help me. If you want to talk to me my name is (name and phone number removed). 100% serious and accurate on what I seen.

Trail From Object And Sky Lit Up Over The Bay Area Northern California (Fireball/Meteor)

I was on my way to work around 5:20 a.m. and saw that same light and a trail in the sky afterward. It lit the sky almost as if it was a lightning, but lit the whole sky.

Bright Blue Streak Of Light Lit Up The Area Over Elk Grove California

I was sitting in our back porch around 5:15 a.m. on January 17, 2013, facing North in our Elk Grove home, in the southern boundary of Sacramento. 

At approximately 5:20 a.m., I saw a bright blue streak of light lit up our neighbor's pine tree. 

I looked up only to see a streak of "jet like" streak of smoke from the northeastern direction. 

I'm curious to know if it's in fact a meteor, and if so, where did it actually land.

Red Lights Coming From Around The Murray Utah Area

Date:  January 1, 2013
Time:  Approx: 1:15 a.m.

I was sitting on my balcony about 1:15 a.m. on January 1, 2013 when I saw a glowing red thing floating in the sky.

Then another one appeared and after the first one faded out for a minute and reappeared they lined up with each other.

Out of the trees in the distance I saw two more red glowing lights that rose up slowly and hovered so there were four total. They made no sound and didn't have any other colors.

I ran inside to get hubby out of shower to see these, and when I went back outside they were gone. I waited a few minutes to see if any more would appear then I heard a low rumbling.

This was Murray area these lights were coming from the northwest from my direction and seemed to be less than a mile away rising from the ground.

Bright Light Streaks Across The Sky Seen Over The Bay Area Northern California

I saw a bright light streak across the sky this morning at 5:20 a.m. in the bay area northern California.

I've never seen anything like it. Bright like lightning and left a streak in the sky that faded slowly like over 10 seconds.

It was amazing. It happened so fast I could not tell what direction it traveled. The fading line was amazingly perfectly straight. Regards.

Yes it does sound like one. (meaning meteor as I suggested it could be) I have seen them my whole life. This one was so intense with such a long lasting trail that I was in shock.

 

I was afraid Mt Diablo was about to explode or something. It was so bright and big and fast I thought to myself no way that was a meteor.

 

I don't spook easily. This was spooky. Thanks. Glad to share with someone who cares!

Bright Orange Square Of Light In The Point Mugu California Area

Tonight I was flying over the Point Magu area on a commercial flight home and noticed a giant (size of a large mall footprint) bright orange square of light.

There were no beams shooting into the sky, however, it was very odd. Not sure what this things was...figured some sort of invisible shield parameter or some other sort of military something.

Strange Colored Lights Seen In The Cambrian Park California Area

My son and I saw some strange colored lights in the sky above our house in the Cambrian Park area.

They did not appear to be moving, the appeared to only be stationary at the time.

We watched them for about 20 minutes and then it got late and we had to go to bed.

Blue Flash Of Light Lightens The Entire Area At Athens Tennessee

Time:  Approx: 1:00 a.m.

Last night around 1:00 a.m. we were outside on our porch and a sudden bright blue flash appeared and covered everything in light. I thought it was lightning at first, but double took on the origin of the light and saw a trail of something that was almost a long stream of water or some substance other than exhaust, clouds, or smoke.

It quickly dissipated. There was no sound other than a quiet sonic boom sound. I did catch a glimpse of an object being shot into space. I have done a bit of research and found a few other similar stories that fit my exact description.

Multiple Lights Seen In The Area Of Monore/West Chester Ohio

 

Date:  July 15, 2012

Time:  Evening.

 

Hello, my wife and I were going North on I-75 and we were around the Monore/West Chester area when we saw something similar to the NW on July 14. I noticed the people in the SUV next to us on the highway saw the same thing as well since they were trying to take pictures of it.

 

It looked like a big fireball that headed downward. It looked big enough to grab my attention and I really thought it was some kind of plane crashing. The big fireball then became 2 fireballs and stopped falling. They just sort of hovered. As I recall, they blinked out or dimmed, then there were around 5 or 6 smaller balls of light that became a formation.

 

It was very strange. I think one of the smaller fireballs then reappeared for a little while, but everything just disappeared after a few minutes. I lost sight of everything and did not see any balls of light reappear. I didn't see any smoke or anything, still thinking maybe I was some kind of debris.

 

But, they could have been flares of some kind. Wright-Pat AFB is near by to the north so it could have been something to do with the Airforce. When I first saw the objects, parachute flares came to mind. I wish I could find some pictures of what everyone saw.

8 Circular Orange Colored Lights Spotted Over The Mesa Arizona Area

 

Date:  February 4, 2012

Time:  Approx: 7:55 p.m.

 

Hello, tonight around 7:55 p.m. in the evening of 2/4/12 I was leaving my home city of Fountain Hills, AZ. We were going out to get something to eat and decided to go to the Mesa area, so we took the Beeline otherwise known as Highway 87 to Payson.

 

We were roughly about 4-5 miles north of the McDowell Rd intersection to about 5-6 miles north of the 202 intersect. We saw 8 circular orange lights in sort of a V shape. At first we thought it was an odd plane.

 

I sped up a little more to about 76 mph and began to appear to be catching up to it a bit. It was east of us and hovering over what appeared to be either desert land and some smaller residential areas, possibly Indian Reservation Land.

 

Regardless, the odd part was that within 3 minutes of watching this, following it to the best of our ability, all of a sudden the 8 lights, 4 on each side turned into 6 lights, now 3 on each side.

 

Then I would say about 25-30 seconds after that the 6 lights turned into 4 lights, 2 on each side, from there it was one on each side, and then none. It flat out disappeared. As the lights were turning off the craft did not appear to be moving very quickly and it was 100% traveling way to low to be a regular plane, there is just no way.

 

My fiancé and I counted several other commercial air liners in the sky including what appeared to be a private smaller plane and all were clearly no where near the altitude of this one.

 

This one was low, and when the lights went out, it was as if it  disappeared . We are doing our best to be logical with what this could have been however I know you need clearance from some sort of aviation control to go flying a craft over a residential area meaning, but what craft is allowed to fly with zero lights on? 

 

Even commercial airliners and single engine planes all have some sort of identification lighting, blinking or solid lights, something. So if I assume this is ours, unless they went through a worm hole when the lights went off they obviously were flying with no exterior lighting on, who gets clearance for that. And so low.

 

What we saw was at the very least very odd. Any thoughts. Also I decided to email this to here because a Google search had pulled up someone else who had seen something similar January 15th over Mesa as well.

Huge Green Blue Flash Seen In The Sky From The San Francisco Bay Area

 

Date:  November 2011

Time:  Around 9:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.

 

My husband and I were sitting in our backyard in November 2011 and saw the same thing. It happened 3 or 4 times within an 30 minutes period of time.

 

It was white towards the horizon, but huge greenish bluish flash that lit everything up. We called the police twice, but they said they saw nothing, and nobody else had called anything in.

 

It was only around 9:00 p.m. maybe 10:00 p.m. at night so we were shocked that nobody else noticed. Weird!

Meteor Shoots Across The Sky Over Bay Area California

 

Date:  June 14, 2008

Time:  Approx: 11:55 p.m.

 

We saw it too, in the CA Bay Area, flying across the sky and burning out above the horizon. Huge and definitely a meteor, that is, a shooting star. When shooting stars pass close to the earth and through our atmosphere, they look huge (they probably are pretty big!).

 

And shooting stars are common, which is why it's not really news, you can see one or two pretty much any time you look at a night sky for longer than a few minutes, even when there isn't a big meteor shower going on.

 

When you think how far away those are, it's not surprising that when one shoots close by us, it looks huge. It was very cool to see it.

Three Very Bright Orange Lights Over The Boynton/Delray Area Florida

Time:  Approx: 6:00 p.m.

 

Hello, last  night on 12/17/11, my girlfriend and I were around Boynton/Delray area, driving on I-95 at around 6:00 p.m. We saw three very bright orange lights in the sky. They were in a line formation and were coming toward us.

 

Then they stopped, and were hovering. Then in a split second, one disappeared and there were only two remaining. These bright orange balls were way too close together to be planes or helicopters, and they definitely weren't stars.

 

Neither one of us have ever seen anything like this before. We decided to search online to see if anyone else had reported this sighting and came across your post.
